Vols won it in the 4th overtime. Andre Woodson with the fumble to end it going for 2.

Dennis Dixon = MVP. Don't think he should get Heisman over Tebow due to him missing time, but wow does that offense suck without him. My Bruins were simply waiting for this pathetic season to be over, but the Ducks couldn't even get on the scoreboard against them.

Those three are probably better than any UO GameDay sign.

In the meantime, my school was shut out for the first time since I've been alive. I'm going to go cry now.

ND is on a winning streak. I predict they don't lose another game for 9 months.

Wierd stat: Jimmy Clausen's never lost an organized football game in California. He went undefeated through high school and won both road games there this season (UCLA and Stanford). Keeping it going through the USC game will be a feat though.

I may pop in a few times during the game. Wolves/Icehogs tonight and Blackhawks/Oilers.

A classic!

I thought "Honk if your high school played Kansas" and "Kansas football: A tradition since September" were pretty good, but that one is better.

Thank God we beat Kansas, you people have no idea how much Missouri and Kansas hate each other. Basketball is bad enough, but I'm pretty sure the only point to Kansas's otherwise pointless football program is to screw up our best seasons. Ha! Gotcha Jayhawks!

Well Mizzou won, and Daniel looked great. Did get the feeling though that if the two teams played again, it'd be anybody's game. Mizzou doesn't seem strong enough to be national champ, but nobody with one loss does at this point except possibly West Virginia. If they win out, they deserve the spot above Ohio State and no team with two losses has any right to complain about anything.

Will say, if Mizzou and WV lose, I think either USC or LSU should get the other title spot. However good Georgia is playing, if you aren't a conference champ, you don't belong in the national title game.

I have never felt more disappointed after beating GT. UGA should be the team representing the east in the SEC Championship game. Can't take any games off in college football. We have only ourselves to blame for not showing up to the SCAR or UT games. At least we're ranked in the top 5. I'm still not giving up on LSU, Missouri and West Virginia losing. :D

what a crappy NC that would be, i dont want to see OSU anywhere near a national title game, if you won it'd be b/c you avoided an SEC team.

anyways alabamas season is continuing to go down the crapper and they'll probably miss out on a bowl game (not that big a deal) but i feel next year could also feature mediocrity until saban's recruits start getting more seasoned.

My national title game is WFVU/Missouri. It'd be an instant classic, and both defenses can actually play.

That would be mine too, and it would be compelling. Unfortunately, I think it would also hammer in just how arbitrary this system is. National champion contenders because they lost once instead of twice while playing a completely different schedule than the guys who lost twice? Leaves no illusion of closure.
