The deification of Paterno in State College and the media whitewashing currently going on is absolutely sickening. I hope none of the Sandusky victims happen to turn on ESPN today.

That, and his wife and kids should have all of their wealth stripped. Let them have a paid-off house, give them $250k in cash, and the surplus of all wealth combined should be taken away, and that would still be generous. There's no justice in this world. There's too many sick and deplorable people making way too much money in this disturbing society.

what the man has done can never be taken away. he has accomplished greatness for this program and institution.

I was pretty pissed with how they handled joe pa and his wife.
Now.......not so much , it looks like it is closer to he covered for his child rapeing friend.

Guess this was proven to not be true since in just a few days JoePa's entire legacy was trashed by the NCAA (as it should have been IMO) and the Penn State football program was demolished (it is going to be a good decade before they will be relevant again with those sanctions.) What "greatness" he truly accomplished.
