I think the Heisman is wide open this year Barkley is probably the favorite but i think he and Woods might cancel each other out. being a Michigan fan im hoping Shoelace can bring it home, but with no offensive players really seperating themselves i have a feeling the Honey Badgers going to win it if LSU has the kind of season i expect them to.

I think he's got the best chance any defensive player has had since Woodson and in a year that looks like it may be lacking in offensive stars he's got a hell of a shot. If michigan beats bama and denard has a big game It'll probably be his to lose from that point on but i dont see UM running the table this year. too many tough road games. If the Heisman went to the best player in the country tyrann doesnt have a chance, but the Heisman tends to go to the best player on the best team. with his return ability if they add him to the offense for a few snaps he could steal it. hes already had the hype machine running for a year and LSU is the favorite for the National Title so the hype is going to keep building.

you were correct in your first choice. Barkley will win the heisman. fortunately the NCAA wont have a hand in "keepin a brotha down"

The only reason i dont think barkleys going to win it is that theres a lot of talent on that USC offense and whether its fair or not QBs usually get penalized for that. Hes going to end up splitting votes with woods and now possibly redd. im sure hes going to get a lot of media attention this year being one of the few if not the only big name player from that school to transfer.

REDD was a major acquisition. We were very thin experiencial wise with that area of the offense. But he will bring along the young pups and add depth in case of injury etc...

well no Heisman for the honey badger, i guess hes never heard of the whizzinator. that opens it up for Shoelace.
