Really want the Cardinals to win here.

This is my game of the week. Louisville has looked really, really nice, I think we're about to see what they're made of. I think Florida State wins by a touchdown or more, but should be a fun one either way.

Is there anyone (besides Seminoles fans) who is not rooting for Louisville? I'm a proud member of the bandwagon.

Okay, that is fair. I never thought of it that way, I just really love watching Louisville play. I also went to the Music City Bowl last season, and I had nothing but very positive interactions with the Louisville faithful in attendance.

You know FSU will try to make run. Hopefully the Cardinals are ready for it.

That was a first half spanking of the highest order.

I still despise that slimeball Petrino though...

I think FSU is going to come out strong in the second and make it interesting, but man. Louisville looks like a serious contender right now.

Yeah, I work with an Arkansas fan, and Petrino seems to be a great coach, but he certainly doesn't seem to be a good guy. I mean after he took the Falcons job witha 5 year $24 million contract, Vick got in trouble for dog fighting, he starts out 3-10 and resigns during the season to take the Arkansas job, and then what he did there was ridiculous.

Being as good as a coach as he is though, he seems to have nine lives.

On the other hand, I really like Jimbo Fisher.

I'm not really pulling for anyone in this game but I wouldn't mind seeing FSU make a huge comeback.

Plenty of schools will chip off a piece of their soul for winning sports. With Petrino and Pitino, Louisville is just a little ahead of the pack with their soul selling.

Here's a somewhat comprehensive timeline of his "shenanigans".

Pretty amazing how often he has taken jobs, promised to stick around for a long time, and darted immediately after. Wouldn't be shocked at all to see him run after this season if he were to be offered by an upper end SEC team or an NFL team.

Yeah, the guy at Arizona State has done the same thing to teams as well. I think he left his last school and texted his players he recruited saying he's leaving of something....maybe at Pittsburgh?

Edit...Here is what he did to Pittsburgh:

Graham was announced as Pitt's head coach on January 10, 2011,and subsequently led the team to a disappointing 6–6 regular season later that fall. Less than one year from his hiring, on the evening of December 13, Graham informed Athletic Director Steve Pederson that he had discussed a head coaching opportunity at Arizona State. After being informed he did not have permission to talk to the school about the job and refusing conversations with Pederson and another administrator, Graham resigned and subsequently accepted the head coaching job at Arizona State.Graham informed the Pitt players of his departure the following day by having a text message forwarded to the team by director of football operations Blair Philbrick. Two weeks prior to leaving Pitt, Graham referred to assistant coaches who left to join the staff of Rich Rodriguez at Arizona as "nothing but mercenaries."

I can never blame a coach for leaving to a better situation, anybody in the working class would leave their current job for a job they felt like was a better situation for them, whether financially or otherwise. What gets me though is when a coach is constantly jumping around, and telling the fans and players that they intend to stay put for a long time, while simultaneously looking for other jobs.

My goodness, Louisville. I bet they wind up #2 after this week (assuming Alabama takes care of business against Ole Miss).
