NO-KG-AI needs betting feedback.

Post#1 » by NO-KG-AI » Sat Sep 29, 2007 2:12 am

Turned in my picks to my bookie. $10 bet, on 8 teams, $700 prize.....

*=Hometeam (pointspread) {My pick}

Oregon* Vs. Cal(3) {Oregon}

Fla St* Vs. Alabama(3) {Alabama}

Georgia* Vs. Miss St(17) {Miss St}

Penn State Vs Illinois*(3) {Penn State}

Texas AM* Vs. Baylor(17) {Texas AM}

Houston* Vs. E. Carolina(10) {Houston}

Rutgers* Vs. Maryland(14) {Rutgers}

Purdue* Vs. Notre Dame(21) {Purdue}

I was also gonna take Tulane with 44 points, and Washington with 21, but I figured it better to not bet against #1 and #2 in the same week.

Need feedback, the more, the better :thumbsup:

Gambling is bad
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

Cal will take Oregon.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

the cal games a tossup probably right to take the home team there

i agree with the alabama pick (homer)

i wouldve taken georgia b/c they're at home and are coming off a huge win and hope to keep the momentum going.

probably disagree with the baylor A&M game. i know baylor blows but the aggies offense is putrid and baylor can probably keep the score respectable.

guess i agree with the rest.

For an 8-game parlay I'd want a better payout than $700, even if I only wagered $10. The odds on you winning is much greater than 70-1.

This is obviously after the fact, but I would have taken Illinois with points and also taken ECU.

My first bet of the year, I'm obviously a bit rusty :oops:

I'm really surprised at Oregon, I've never lost a bet on them.

How could you ever predict the higher ranked team to win? Let me get a piece of that crystal ball.

But on the real, how could you bet against Georgia? Ole Miss only gives bad teams like Florida problems.
