Say Oregon loses, Oklahoma wins, and USC wins, does USC deserve to be ahead of Oregon, Oklahoma, and Arizona State?
What about Virginia Tech? Does USC deserve to be ahead of them if they win?

yes, if USC wins and Oregon losses they ll jump ahead of Oregon as they will clinch the pac10. However, if Oklahoma wins their last game along with B12 championship, they ll be ahead of USC. As for V-Tech i would assume they would rank ahead of USC as losing to BC+LSU looks better than losing to Oregon+Stanford.

Wow, I actually agree with the rankings for about the first time ever. Georgia is the best 2-loss team, getting the edge over VA Tech, who lost both games to the #2 rated team at the time.
IMO USC's loss to Stanford is far worse than any loss ASU could suffer and therefore ASU should stay ahead unless USC just mauls them.
The UVA-Va Tech game next weekend is potentially huge--the winner goes to the ACC title game and could have a chance at winding up in the top 3 if they win out. If only UVA could have back the inexplicable opener where Wyoming absolutely dominated them, they'd be in the national title picture.

That's silly...USC played their worst game ever, and still only lost by one point. USC went into Oregon and lost by just seven. ASU went into Oregon and lost by twelve.
ASU's best win came against a 18th ranked California. USC's best win came against a 14th ranked Nebraska. They also beat a 24th ranked California at California.
If USC beats Arizona State, they should move ahead of them, no matter how big or small the margin of victory was.

According to the BCS rankings, West Virginia is #3 this week and Missouri is #4.
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/BCSStandings?week=6
Missouri has already played two teams ranked higher than anyone West Virginia has played/will play before the bowl games start, and is about to play a third, and if they win this weekend, will play a fourth in the Big 12 championship game. Missouri has played Illinois, Oklahoma, and is about to play Kansas, and they would play either Oklahoma again or Texas if they make it to the conference title game. All of those teams are ranked higher than Connecticut, the highest-ranked team on West Virginia's schedule.
I can't see how West Virginia could have much of a case to be ahead of Missouri in the pecking order if both teams finish the season with one loss and Missouri has played four games against teams rated higher than anyone the Mountaineers have played.
