Who do you have in the National Championship game?
Ohio State is most likely already in it but who will face them? LSU? Georgia? Oklahoma? Virginia Tech?
I think LSU because they have the best defense in the nation and their 2 losses this year were in triple overtime. Georgia is out of the picture IMO because they didn't even play in their conference championship game.

once again you beat me to the punch,
im going to break it down
georgia should go but like you said they didnt even play in their conference championship game....but they finished the season strong
lsu will most likely go to the bcs championship game, as much as i hate it its true, they have a faster defense that ohio st. cant stop.
hawaii should be in consideration, they are undefeated, who cares bout the weak schedule, ohio st. has one also. and how many people would want to see colt brennan on tv?
oklahoma has a outside chance of making it, they are currently beating the crap out of mizzou and could make a huge impression just like florida did last season.
my pick is sadly LSU

LSU barly won 2-3 games and lost two. they should not be in. hawaii faced no one. 'lahoma no chance. kansas faced NO BODY aside from mizzou and they lost so no. GA didn't even win their conference, so no.
USC should be in. hadda pretty good schedule, lost to a terrible team close and lost to the best team in the country (wen they were healthy). USC's now fully healthy and the best team in the nation.

if i had it my way i wouldnt let OSU near the title game despite there one loss, the big 10 was a joke this year and hawaii is as deserving to go as they are.
i guess id choose LSU vs. USC or Georgia
this is probably the only year where'd id want a playoff system over a +1 system.

thats a dumbass argument about usc over lsu. USC went down to a 39 point underdog, they "barely" won 3 games too. and lsu lost 2 games in triple overtime, dont really know how usc is more deserving

If USC even gets mentioned as a "possibility" then it will just reaffirm my opinion that the BCS is nothing but a huge joke.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

It's traditional that a Big Ten school plays a Pac-10 school in the Rose Bowl. It looks like it will be an Illinois/USC Rose Bowl

I'm sorry I couldn't hear you, can you please repeat?
YES.
A bowl choosing a replacement team may not select any of the following:
A. A team in the NCG;
B. The host team for another BCS Bowl;
C. When two bowls lose host teams, then the bowl losing the number one team may not select a replacement team from the same Conference as the number two team, unless the bowl losing the number two team consents.

That's tradition, but the Rose Bowl CEO himself said a UGA/USC game is a possibility. No matter where Georgia ends up I'll be happy, though. I didn't have very high hopes at the beginning of the year with how many underclassmen we would be relying on.

THE SUGAR BOWL IS NOT GOING TO TAKE A LOWER RANKED TEAM. THEY WILL TAKE GEORGIA.
GEORGIA/USC HAS ABOUT A 1% CHANCE OF ACTUALLY HAPPENING.
