Thanks so much Turco for making the thread. I was really busy last night with this English Duel Credit class in high school.

Should be a great game with alot of points scored. I think OU's defense will stop the Red Raiders tonight.

The Texas Tech trainer should go and check on the 2 players ankles after that play.

Two things about tonight:

I think McCoy is now the frontrunner for the Heisman. Bradford is playing well, but this is an overall OU performance with very much of it coming on the ground. Harrell is shot after this game, so I think McCoy steps back in.

OU might be the best team in the country, but that being said I don't know if they deserve to leapfrog Texas for the Big 12 south spot in the conference title game. It is a tricky situation at the top of the Big 12 south, but I think TT is showing they are borderline flukey on the road. So it becomes OU vs UT for the championship, and ultimately a spot in the NC. Whoever doesn't get the bid gets screwed, and honestly I think its too close to call. I am a Texas fan and honestly think they deserve the spot after that half (the game is over right now at half time, i dont care what anyone says). I **** hate OU but if Texas indeed gets the spot, OU is getting shafted. Texas gets the shaft if it goes the other way.

there is no fair to decide this but when you beat the #2 team in the nation by 50(or more), it is tough to hold you back. Oklahoma got lucky by having the tougher stretch of its schedule at the end.

If Tebow has a big game vs. Bama, I think he may be running right beside Colt come voting day.

This is crazy. Okla will jump Texas even though they have the same record and Texas beat them by 10 on a neutral field. Welcome to NCAA Football where BCS happens

the winner of the sec championship game vs. oklahoma. i had the longhorns with an edge, but that would be if the game was close. but holy crap, 65points? that is an ass whoopin in epic proportions. oklahoma showed me somethin tonight, they should make the title game if they defeat oklahoma state next week.

with that said, USC would spank them by 50 if we played.

no shock that texas tech crapped the bed, they've never shown up on the road, all there big wins always come at home, and mack brown and stoops normally defend that spread of tech's very well, part of it is b/c of the bigger recruits (leach does an amazing job getting the 2nd tier texas guys, but they're obviously overpowered in a situation like this) and mike leach always gets a little nervous in these games and goes for it on 4th and shorts and never gets them (as evidenced by tonight and last year vs. texas) it sucks for them to lose though b/c they arent nationally respected and nobody ever really believed in them and this probably knocks them out of a bcs game too.

next weeks bedlam game tickets just doubled, maybe tripled in value, wish i had a ticket, instead i get in for free. but seriously student tickets cost 150 for 7 games, you could probably sell yours for 2 or 3 times that.

if OU beats us next week, they deserve to leap frog texas IMO, not only would they have beaten tech and osu but they also have TCU and cincinatti as W's in there schedule, they've obviously played a tougher schedule at this point.

also i think either bradford or mccoy are winning the heisman this year, probably whoever's in the big 12 title game, i think it's going to a big 12 qb, anything to keep tebow from winning it
