Trading 2 of ur backs really kills ur depth and none of the incoming players are an upgrade over what you currently have. Decline the trade unless you can get some solid back by trading ward. the best player in the trade is vincent jackson who could break out depending on how good phillip rivers is

The one thing people tend to forget about Vincent Jackson is that SD acquired Chambers last year, and with Gates being healthier I would think VJ falls to the number 3 or 4 receiving option. I still think he'll catch some TDs because he is a bigger target, but I think his receptions won't be very high.
