Alright I can start 3 of these guys (2 RB's, one RB/WR), who should be the odd man out?
Matt Forte @ Detroit (league's worst rush defense)
Michael Turner @ GB (defensive line in shambles)
Steve Slaton vs. Indianapolis (Colts can't stop anyone running right now)
Marshawn Lynch @ Arizona (Feel obligated to start him, pretty good matchup)
Right now, I'm leaning towards Forte, Turner, and Slaton; but i feel like Lynch is a must-start every week. Am I playing the matchups too much?

Re: Week Five: Who to start?
all have fairly good matchups
Forte is a must-start this week, its the lions!
you should start who you think is going to have the best day, don't feel just because you drafted him high you have to start him all the time
really i don't think you can go wrong with either, turner, slaton, and lynch can all be interchanged
but you have to start forte this week

Re: Week Five: Who to start?
Man, this is an awesome problem to have!!
I would bench Turner this week. Other than his 2 MONSTER games (which i believe were @ home vs so-so opponents) he has been very below average. Plus Norwood gets some touches too. Lynch is a MUST-start imo, especially against AZ. And Slaton is coming off a huge week and now plays Indy who hasn't stopped much.

Re: Week Five: Who to start?
i got a ton of tough decisions:
qb (choose 1)
matt hasselbeck @ NY Giants
donovan mcnabb vs. washington
carson palmer @ dallas - after palmer being a pussy and not playing last week im never starting him again, he's dead to me. last week was just crushing to me fantasy wise, had no qb, meachem was 1 yard away from getting me an extra 5 points, akers missed 2 fg's 1 of those makes wouldve led to a win and LT ripped off a meaningless TD at the end to just about kill my chances. pretty much one of 4 or 5 things couldve gone my way and i wouldve won
rb/wr (choose 3)
randy moss @ san fran (god i wish i could get someone to take him, just give me a big week randy)
rowdy roddy white - @ green bay
bobby engram @ NY Giants - his 1st game of the year and he's far and away there best WR
robert meachem vs. Minnesota - they'll be throwing the ball alot i still dont think payton doesnt trust him though (which is (Please Use More Appropriate Word))
selvin young vs. tampa bay - i believe he could rush for 100 yards week in and out if shannahan didnt have to be an asshat and do this bs platoon
TE
Tony Scheffler vs. Tampa Bay
John Carlson @ NY Giants

Re: Week Five: Who to start?
wondering who to start at wr....need to pick 3 out of my main 4
- Greg Jennings vs atl - he's been doing great for me, pretty much lock to start
- Santana Moss vs Phi - Also been doing very well for me, also essentially a lock to start
- Calvin johnson vs Chi - He didn't have a great game last game, bears d is pretty strong but they are missing a couple guys, either he starts or...
- Hines Ward vs Jags - has 1 more td but less total yards than johnson and he has played 1 game more. Plus his last 2 games haven't been great, getting zero td's.
right now I have johnson starting, but am thinking with the steelers running game being banged up I am thinking they might try to pass more, so ward may get more touches...maybe
and at TE I am trying to choose between starting:
- Chris Cooley vs Phi - Highly rated, so far has been fairly overrated. Still waiting for his breakout game...
- John Carlson vs NYG - Young player who has potential, but branch and engram are expected to play for the seahawks which could mean less balls go carlson's way or he could maybe have more big plays by receiving less attention from the pass coverage... which will it be
thoughts???? thanks in advance

Re: Week Five: Who to start?
@ Future Coach....
With those WR's, you HAVE to sit Hines Ward. He is on my team, so i follow him pretty well, and other than his 2 TD game, hes been very average. Hines might be in for a big game because the Jags are missing 2 starters in their secondary. On the other hand, your other 3 are total studs and have to be started.
I would also start Cooley as your TE because i like the Redskins offense...

Lance Moore is the easy pick. The second one I think I'd go with Bernard Berrian if he's healthy, if not take a chance on Bobby Engram.
