Who to Draft? (Keeper League)

Post#1 » by AKBlazerFan » Tue Aug 11, 2009 7:40 pm

I have the 4th overall pick, and have NO IDEA who I should take. Right now, Forte, Gore, Slaton, Chris JOhnson, and MJD will be kept. This leaves AP and Turner as the obvious top 2 picks I think. I am guessing LT will get drafted 3rd. My dilemma is who should I take with the 4th pick? My keeper is Slaton, and in my league we start 3 WR, 2 RB, and a flex. Its a 12 team league.

I am also thinking about trading my pick to the guy with the 2nd overall pick. The trade would be my 1st and 5th for his 2nd and 3rd.

ANyways, any advice would be appreciated.

Is this a one player keeper league? Why wouldn't AP be getting kept?

Without knowing anything needed to make a decision, I'd go Fitz.

Well you lose the draft pick in which you drafted the keeper. I should have mentioned that.

The same guy had AP (1st rd pick), Turner (4th rd pick), and Forte (6th rd pick). So i imagine he realizes Forte + 1st round pick >>>> AP + 6th round pick.

Some people have to keep players they might not get good value for.

I think i might have a trade worked out with the guy keeping MJD. My #4 straight up for him
