10 team league (non-PPR). My keepers were Turner, LT, Bowe, Smith and Cutler (I didn't get to choose them, as I mentioned earlier in the thread, since I'm taking over for someone else). I had the 5th pick (thus 6th in the return legs). Your keepers were your top 5 picks -- no getting them at where you did the year before. My picks, in order, were Rivers (6th), Gonzalez (7th), Bradshaw (8th), Ward (9th), Walter (10th), Mendenhall (11th), Carlson (12th), Jets (13th), Crosby (14th). I was expecting both Rivers and Rodgers to be gone at my pick, and was set to take Witten or Gates. Alas, both were gone in the next round, so I decided to wait and take Carlson at the end and load up at WR and RB. Seems to have worked out.
No kidding re: more bench slots. Morgan, Gage, Burleson, Shonn Greene, C. Taylor, Robiskie, M. Bush, and many more are still sitting out there.

Re: Who to keep for a keeper league
if Carlson is your biggest concern then you did a fine job, because i think he's going to have a good year
i'd say what you need to be mindful of is your qb's. they will put up their numbers but i don't think they will be of the caliber they were last year.

Re: Who to keep for a keeper league
My biggest concern with my QBs is that they have the same bye week. I'm happy to play whichever has the easier opponent each week, since together they'll make a formidable QB combo. However, I may see if I can move Rivers/Mendehall for a slightly lesser QB (McNabb or Schaub?) and a better RB. Good plan, or should I just sit tight for a while and see what happens for injuries over the next couple weeks?

Re: Who to keep for a keeper league
schaub has his own questions, if you could get either it would certainly be something to consider
you don't have bad qb's, and they will make a solid duo, it's just they probably won't put up the numbers they did last year
