Buy low: Brandon Marshall?
It feels like a lot of outlets are starting to devalue Marshall these days. Various podcasts and articles sound like he's fallen out of the top 15 RBs, at least in terms of draft position. While I'm a rookie at FFB, I'm reasonably experienced at fantasy basketball, and this is the exact sort of situation you love to see happen so you can buy a guy low. Anyone else feeling that way about Marshall? If you could get him for a lesser WR (I've got Gonzalez, Ward and Walter) and a bit of fodder, would you take the "risk"?

With those WRs, why not? Cliff Levingston wouldn't give up Anthony Gonzalez, but Ward or Walter would definitely be worth giving up.
Cliff Levingston got Marshall in the 13th round in his 8 team league, which is a steal. Thankfully, Cliff Levingston was in position to do so by already having Calvin Johnson, Andre Johnson and Antonio Bryant on the roster already.

Broncos coach Josh McDaniels said receiver Brandon Marshall's attitude since his return from suspension has been "great." He said Marshall could absolutely make a significant contribution in Week 1 despite missing all of the preseason.
"Absolutely," McDaniels said.
The Broncos don't have too many choices if Jabar Gaffney (thumb) isn't ready to play in the regular-season opener. Marshall is clearly one of Denver's top three options at receiver, and McDaniels sounded prepared to make Marshall a big part of the team's plans in Week 1 if he shows he is ready.
"Look, he's a good football player," McDaniels said. "If he's ready to go and we go through this week of practice and feel that's the direction we want to play on Sunday, certainly we all know what he can do as a football player."
To sum it all up: ABSOLUTELY! He's going to be a stud WR again. Not as good without Cutler, but top 15 I would predict

Yeah, I've already got Smith, Bowe and Gonzalez, but I figure I can't pass up the opportunity to grab Marshall in a keeper league. Would you trade both Walter and Ward for him? In a vacuum, I'd love to do Ward/Mendenhall for him, but I'm not sure he'll go for that, and it would leave me with only 3 RBs (LT, Turner, Bradshaw).
I'm thinking of offering Ward and Walter for Marshall, pick up Josh Morgan as a 5th WR, then waiting a few weeks to see how they pan out. If I end with too many good WRs, I see what I can get for a better 3rd RB than Bradshaw (or, God forbid, LT if he falls off).

He'll only accept that deal if he's low on quality receivers (if he's smart) because he could easily figure that he's better off waiting on Marshall in the meantime as well. But oh well, go for it.

OK, how about Lynch as a buy low. Would those two WRs be too much to give up for Lynch? His WRs are awful, and I can wait out Lynch...

I'd go for it with Lynch.
