It's a .5 PPR league.


In my WR3 I need one of these 4:

Mohamed Massaquoi vs KC
Mike Wallace @ Ten
Mike Williams(TB) @ Carolina
Jacoby Jones @ Was


My second is a RB/Flex:
Jerome Harrison vs KC
Felix Jones vs CHI
Marion Barber vs CHI
Darren McFadden vs STL


I'm really torn on these. I won't even saying which way I'm leaning, I want to here your unbiased and untainted opinions.

Moss easy. Never bench Moss because of matchup for the likes of friggin' Lee Evans!

I'll give Mangini another chance to give Harrison the chance to beast against a crappy D...
Don't trust the spread the love offense or the mediocre Floyd either just because of the hype of him being the defacto #1. He's good, but nothing special, Gates is still numero uno.

PPR league. Who should I start at QB this week Kyle Orton vs Sea or Matt Ryan vs Ari. And at WR I got sims walker vs SD, Steve Smith( NYG) vs Ind, and Hakeem Nicks vs Ind.

Seattle's D actually looked good, but I'm not completely sold and I don't like Ryan much in general.
I'm still going Ryan this week though...

Nicks if he's playing, if not Steve Smith. Not starting MSW until he shows me something.

I have some pretty bad receivers because I went for RB depth this year (Rice, DeAngelo Williams, Bradshaw, Beanie Wells) so I need help on these players. Not a PPR league, 1 point every 10 yards for receivers and RB.

Ahmad Bradshaw (@ Indianapolis who gave up 220+ yards rushing last week) or DeAngelo Williams (vs. TB)

and

Johnny Knox (@ DAL), Jabar Gaffney (vs. SEA), or Jacoby Jones (@ WASH)

I'd go Jacoby Jones, I just have a feeling he goes for like 80 and a score and the other guys aren't terribly high upside anyway, it's low risk/high reward.

The other one is interesting.
Good reasons to start either, but for this week I'll go DeAngelo Williams for the big bounce back game versus a terrible run D.

PPR League: John Carlson, Owen Daniels, or Jermaine Gresham

I like these guys a little in general and love Gresham on the year, don't love any of their matchups though, except Carlson, his is solid.
I'll go Carlson.

Michael Vick vs. Detroit
Eli Manning vs. Indianapolis

Hmm...
I've been leaning towards Vick earlier in the week for a lot of these, but I like Manning a lot this week, the Manning Bowl should be a shootout.
Go Eli and take the 3 TD's, heavy yardage and 3 to 4 picks...

Hakeem Nicks vs. Indy
Hines Ward vs. Tenn
Lee Evans vs. GB
Derrick Mason vs. Cincy

This is for a 3rd WR option in a standard league. My 2 starters so far are Brandon Marshall & Greg Jennings.

Nicks if playing and healthy, if not Derrick Mason.

Ok, other league (Standard ESPN scoring)

Rashard Mendenhall v Tenn or Jamaal Charles v Cle

Damn this is tough, really tough.
Tennessee's run D is overrated, but it's still solid, Cleveland's is underrated, but not that good...
Man they both have a ton of upside.
Mendenhall will likely get more touches though.
You can't go wrong with either this week, I'm literally flipping a coin...
Heads... Charles it is...

Standard Scoring League

Flex Running Back:
Jamaal Charles v. Cleveland or Jahvid Best v. Philadelphia

Definitely Charles.

WR3:
Dwayne Bowe v. Cleveland or Mike Williams v. Carolina or Mike Wallace v. Tennessee

Hmm...
Another one where you probably can't go wrong anyway IMO, but I'd stay away from Wallace given the other options.

Cassell is just wretched right now though, so I'll sit Bowe even though I was really high on him preseason.

I'll go with my gut and take Mike Williams, he'll get red zone looks against a team that looked terrible against the pass in that exact situation.

I like Massaqui bc cutler wont have time to hit knox deep and he should see alot of balls his way. I like Mcfadden as your flex

I went with Harrison BTW, but I wish I would have seen this thread last minute, I'm starting to think I should have started McFadden and my decision was a coin flip so I was going to let you guys decide...

I still won but wow Who would've though Culter could do that against Dall of all teams, I started Flacco ahead instead of Cutler, luckily it didn't cost me. Flacco is horrid right now.
