Phillies Probable Lineup:
CF Aaron Rowand
RF Shane Victorino
SS Jimmy Rollins
2B Chase Utley
LF Pat Burrell
1B Greg Dobbs
3B Abraham Nunez
C Carlos Ruiz
P Freddy Garcia

Brewers Probable Lineup:

2B Rickie Weeks

LF Geoff Jenkins

Captain Erv's Thoughts: Well, I was hoping I wouldn't be doing another game thread for awhile, but alas I must. We really, really, really, really need to win this game to semi-salvage this roadtrip. An 8 game lead in the division has been cut to 4.5 and we really need to get it going again. Lets hope the Brew Crew feels our frustrations on this board and takes them out on Mr. Garcia!

If Sheets wants to be an Ace he HAS to have a great game.

I agree. He really needs to step it up today and I think he will. Freddy Garcia is not that good so I think we should win this one. But who knows.

how about this lineup today:

RF: Tony Gwynn Jr.
SS: JJ Hardy
1B: Prince Fielder
CF: Bill Hall
2B: Rickie Weeks
C: Johnny Estrada
LF: Geoff Jenkins
3B: Craig Counsell :noway: :nonono: :x

I really want to see if we can have TGJ and Weeks in at the same time what would happen. I think that Rickie would feel so much better batting farther down right now.

In the near future I hope the lineup is as follows:

CF Tony Gwynn
SS JJ Hardy
2B Rickie Weeks
1B Prince Fielder
LF Bill Hall
3B Ryan Braun
C Johnny Estrada
RF Corey Hart

That's exactly the lineup I've wanted...with the exception of swapping Weeks and Hardy. And for the sake of this year I'd put Jenkins 6th with Braun 8th.

We need a good outing from the whole team. It's not all on sheets our Offense has to produce more than just home run balls we really got to click together on the offensive side of the ball. Sheets could give up 1 run and if he doesnt get any support we will lose. So the whole team has to step up today not just sheets.

Lets get some insurance. Garcia is gassed. No first pitch DP, Estrada.
