You need more depth at RB. Harrison and Tate are tow guys I like to take flyers on late in drafts, because of the injury risk to the guys they are backing up. Try to trade one of your backups QBs for a rb. You don't need two backups.

Solid starting lineup, poor bench. I like your starting backs. I think DeAngelo has a nice bounce back year, the guy is a stud when he's healthy. The Carolina O line has improved so he should be back to his usual self. Cut Cutler, there's no need for him, and as Ajosu mentioned try to get another back. Hopefully Stafford blows up (I think he will) and becomes a top 7ish QB. If that happens I would probably then trade Brees (he'll have more trade value than Stafford) for a stud RB to roll-out at your RB2/Flex spot.

A guy to keep your eye on is Ridley. I think he'll start at some point this year for NE.

You don't need 3 QB's, with Brees, it's questionable you even need a backup at all,

Your starters are pretty solid, not a big fan of Deangelo Williams.
The only other thing I'd say about your starting lineup is that ideally, it's better to have a RB in your flex spot vs. a WR.

Out of the free agents listed the guys I'd target:
Nate Burleson
Ben Tate

I'd see about trading one or both of your backup QB's for upgrades elsewhere and/or dropping guys to pickup some better free agents
