Of those defenses which one warrants a start this week, and which one can I keep long term (meaning that I could play them with effectiveness throughout the season).

I'm going to bench Baltimore DEF this week. Btw, this is a money league so the pickup is going to cost me $5. Try to keep all of those variables in mind when making your decision.
