In his last 10 starts he never had a ERA below 5

What do you mean ?

He hasn't given up more then 5 runs in a game since May 30th.

ERA depends on the number of runs you allowed vs. the number of innings you pitched.

Like a ERA of a relief pitcher could be 81 in just inning.

Lol you went a little over the top with this one. You could save yourself some time and not give us the nationals injury report, since well, I don't think most of us care. But great job none the less.

I'm at work so I got a lot of free time. The game thread was in my overtime shift.

Well it's not really that I'm slacking off. It's more that I have a lot of free time. I work at the Help Desk for UW-Madison and since there are almost no calls at the moment I can just do this game thread.

That ERA is his average of ER threw out the season is it not? Not his ERA in the specific game.

All right I thought something didn't make sense there. I'll change it.

Have to beat up on the nats.

Looks like they are about to win and they will be back 4.5 games.

Time to turn it back on fielder.

Is that what Braun is batting the entire season against lefties? If so that is sick.

Nice thread! Yeah...you didn't have to include all the other division opponents or the Nationals injury reports, but I really can't complain!

We need to sweep this series...I won't freak out if we only take 2 out of 3 but I won't be satisfied, either.

Before this ten game trip I said that all they had to do was win 5 games anyway possible. Now it comes down to sweeping the lowly Nats to salvage the trip and head into the break with some momentum.

 Its almost been a month and a half for him and hes still putting up those kind of numbers.

Im hoping Bush shows something here tonight. Im in favor of putting YoGo in the rotation but Ill take 6IP 3ER from Bush/Vargas almost anytime. Nats have been defintly getting better from early on in the year but lets hope the Brewers just come out and put a whooping on them
