Alright my team needs some serious help, the loss of Jacobs sure has hurt the squad.

Now with a 14 team league and having to start 3 running backs obviously the picking is slim. My only backup option is Kevin Jones, who is most likely out. Receptions also count.

So here are my options.

Jesse Chatman vs Dallas- Did have 6 catches, but is banged up.
Najeh Davenport vs Buffalo
Musa Smith vs New York Jets
Ron Dayne vs Carolina

Yeah as I said not a lot to pick from.

Now to Wide Reciever.

Dwayne Bowe vs Chicago- Kennison is out
Roscoe Parrish vs Pitt-Return yards do not count
Jason Avant vs Wash
John Broussard vs Atl
Brandon Stokley vs Oak
Bobby Wade vs Det

Thanks guys.

i know what you mean being that I'm in a 14 team league as well. Do you really start 3 RB's or do you have a flex positioin that you think you should start a RB in? I would go with Chatman as receptions do count and well theres not much else to choose from. Not sure about his injury though. I would either go with Avant or Stokley at WR.

Monkeyfeng06 wrote:^ you can't compare oakland's defense with minnesota's . plus it's a division rivalry game, i doubt it will be an easy scoring game like you said.

plus, kita had 2 tds and 6 interceptions against minnesota (2 games) last year. both games they lost.

We shall see. I'm not saying Oaklands defense is better than Minnesotas but much like you say you can't compare Oakland to Minnesota, you also can not compare the Lions offense this year to last years. I'm not sure how many people watched the Lions on Sunday against Oakland, but they moved the ball at will. Don't forget that Oakland had the #1 pass defense last year, so trying to act like the Lions scoring against them means nothing holds no weight in my opinion. I just won't be suprised to see the Lions put up 28+ points again on Sunday.

No flex spots, need to start 3 backs. So it sure does hurt when someone goes down. Thanks for the advice.

maybe eric johnson. drew brees targeted johnson several times during the indy game. mcmichael should be your second option. LJ smith is hurt.

well the raiders had no.1 pass defense, their pass defense against detroit was mediocre. plus, kitna had all day in the pocket and no one ever near him. the same thing won't happen again with the vikings. they have the best defensive line in the league and they can rush kitna pretty easily. like you said, we'll see.

should i play p. rivers vs pats or j. delhomme vs texans?

delhomme. he played very well against the saints. rivers is going against the pats... you don't want that...

Dwayne Bowe vs Chicago- Kennison is out

1. brandon stokley
2. bobby wade

Musa Smith vs New York Jets
Ron Dayne vs Carolina

hm... just pick whoever has decent playing time in the game.

Vernon Davis or Eric Johnson?
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

I started the Dallas D over San Diego and it won it for me.

And in another league, Marion Barber II continued to ride the bench in favor of non factors Reggie Bush and Maurice Jones Drew.

Should i feel bad for not starting Jamal Lewis? :banghead:

It wouldn't have mattered since my opponent had palmer and galloway.
