What he said, except interject a few highbrow cuss words somewhere.

You already have Brees so giving up McNabb shouldn't be much of a concern.

LJ does have the whole curse of 400 thing that worries me, but anytime you can get a great RB, for a backup QB, you take it and you run.

I thought the same thing, I was trading an injury prone backup QB by having Brees already. The trade will give me 2 top RBs along with a top QB. That alone should allow me to be pretty strong and pick up any slack from the WR area with Boldin should be able to handle. Thanks for the advice.

Oh by the way Kerr, the scoring positions are 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF.

i say do the deal. your downgrading your 3WR but you don't need two top tier QB's and your improving your RB's . LJ over Brandon jacobs could prove to be huge but who knows with jacobs. You will never play deangalo williams because you don't have a flex position so holding onto him is just helping yourself in case of injury. I might try to trade either williams or white for a true WR3 since we don't know what Furrey is going to do this year with Calvin/Roy intrenched as the top 2.

how about this trade: I get boldin, demetrius williams, Chicago D for hines ward, lamont jordan, st. louis D. I'm not starting Lamont anyways since I already have LJ, Edge, and Ahman Green and my D is terrible (St. Louis). I say Boldin is an updgrade from Hines Ward and D. Williams could be a sleeper this year. Would it be better to just hold onto Lamont and see if something better comes along or jump at gettin gthe best D in the league? What do you guys think?

Absotruthfully jump on this deal.

You should be bludgeoned with a blunt object just for thinking about this one twice.

should I drop greg jennings (injured and most likely out week 1) and jump on the bandwagon of patrick crayton who will most likely start for the injured Terry Glenn ( who might even be out the season)?

Ok guys, Ronnie Brown got dropped in my league. I have Alexander, Jacobs, Lynch, Chris Brown, and Norwood as my RBs already. Is it worth the risk to drop Norwood and pickup R. Brown or is R.Brown going to be a total bust this year?

Isn't Dunn starting in Atlanta? I would think long and hard about it.

How does your other positions look?

I posted this as a new topic by mistake. I didn't realize there was a thread for this type of question.

Should I accept an offer of:

Antwan Randle El for Kevin Jones & Mike Furrey?

Thanks

bensen is a bust in my opinion so westbrook got the edge. reggie brown and kevin curtis should have a good year in philly so the westbrook side wins.

Antwan Randle El for Kevin Jones & Mike Furrey?

no, furrey is a decent WR in a pass happy offense. kevin jones is probably one of your backup RBs so you don't want to lose him. randle el is a bust in my opinion. he's not the no.1 or even no.2 receiver in the washington offense. the first week performance was a fluke plus a lot of those yards came from a hail mary pass that randle el just happened to be there.

Sorry I wasn't clear.

Some guy wants to give me Jones & Furrey for Antwan Randle El, who I just picked up on waivers. From your comments it looks like I would be making a solid move.

Thanks

I dropped the Rams Def for Indianapolis Def after I saw how they handled NO the season opener.

Thanks for your help! I made the deal.

Now it looks like I'm being offered Chester Taylor for Kevin Jones.
Is that a good deal?

Benson a bust after one game? Yeah he had a 100 yard rushing game in week 2.

I need an RB bad.. I have Reggie Bush, Maurice Jones-Drew, and Marion Barber. The first 2 haven't done crap yet.

I have Bulger/Campbell at QB, Fitzgerald/Berrian/Jackson/Stallworth/McDonald at WR, and I'm set at TE/K/Def with Witten/Akers/Chicago.

My team is stacked at RB.... I'm offering a deal for Randy Moss..

My roster:

QB: Brees(ugh)

RB: S. Jackson, K.Jones, T.Jones, Portis, Jacobs.

WR: Chambers, Curry, Branch, Battle, Patten

TE: Gates

K: Crosby

D: GB

The deal is: T. Jones, Portis and Chambers for Moss,R and A.Green.

his team is stacked at WR, really weak at RB. (Owens, moss, burress, jurevicous- Duece, J. Jones, A.Green... thats it)

Different divisions wont see him unless superbowl.

we start 3 WRs and 2 RBs...

It seems like I'm giving up a lot but it gives me a better concentration of talent to have in my starting line-up.

Whatcha think?
