I'm a Titans fan and I think AP would be the safer pick. That being said I'd still go Johnson. His upside is just stupid and can win leagues by himself.

I have the 1st pick in my PPR league in a couple weeks and I am 100% taking CJ28. He is the complete package for a PPR league.
