Rate My Team/Help

I currently in a standard 12 man fantasy pool, which allows for a 3rd RB or 4th receiver to start every week my team is:

QB: Joe Flacco
RB1: Michael Turner
RB2: Jamaal Charles
WR1: Marques Colston
WR2: Dwayne Bowe
WR3: Mike Wallace
TE: Chris Cooley
WR/RB: Jahvid Best or Arian Foster on most weeks

DEF: Baltimore Ravens

Bench
QB: Chad Henne
RB: Jahvid Best
RB: Arian Foster
WR: Lee Evans
WR: Jericho Cotchery
WR: Mike Williams
TE: Greg Olsen

I'm fairly confident that my team should do well however while drafting I amassed a surplus of running backs which I am happy to have on my roster. I was just wondering if you guys think of my starting three receivers (Colston, Bowe, Wallace) are good enough to hold their own or should I try and package one of them with a running back for an elite wide out. Thanks in advance

You have a solid Rb group. However, starting Charles over Best and Foster is risky, Haley likes Thomas Jones and he could eat some of Charles' carries (dumb, but it's likely it will happen), meanwhile Best and Foster are featured backs.

I wouldn't package one of your starters with a RB to get a better WR. You've got 4 nice looking backs on the roster, but you've only got 4. You're going to want them all for bye weeks, injuries, or bad matchups. Trust your predraft drafting for now. My gut says to drop Greg Olsen, actually, and pick up a low-risk high-reward WR from the waiver wire. In a 12 team league, there should be guys on the waiver wire available to fill in for Cooley's bye week (Heap, H. Miller, Boss, Keller, etc).

I agree with the idea that you can drop Olsen, no reason to carry a backup TE in most leagues, and Cooley should be solid, pick up the best RB/WR that's available

As far as your RB's, you've got alot of guys that have upside but aren't proven long term (with Turner being the obvious exception), but you really only need one of them to really live up to the hype to have a pretty solid team.

Your WR's are decent, but not outstanding, nice mix of youth and experience

I'd expect you to be competitive most weeks might make the playoff of your league if you get a little lucky.
