Trade Analysis

I'm about to propose this trade, and just looking for some feedback. 12 team, 1 PPR league.

It is important to take into context both teams' rosters, as their team has two good QBs (Rivers, Romo) in a league where you can only play one each week, and is also very weak at RB & WR.

My Team:
QB Cutler, Sanchez
RB LeSean McCoy, Jamaal Charles, Matt Forte, Ricky Williams, Justin Forsett
WR Reggie Wayne, Miles Austin, Mike Wallace (Pitt), TJ Houshmandzadeh, Jacoby Jones
TE Tony Gonzalez
D Saints, Browns
K Longwell

Their Team:
QB Romo, Rivers
RB Marion Barber, LT, Portis, Hightower
WR Ochocinco, Santonio Holmes, Hakeem Nicks, Roy Williams
TE Shockey, Dustin Keller
D Cowboys, Patriots
K Akers, Vinatieri

Trade:
Jay Cutler, Ricky Williams (My Team)

for

Philip Rivers, Tim Hightower (Their Team)

Obiously, I'm not going to make my top end offer right off the bat, but I still think this is a fair trade. I think there are a lot of different options to get a trade done with these two teams.

I would be happy with either Rivers or Romo, but asked for Rivers as this person seems to favor Romo more. I was also debating on whether to offer up Cutler/decentRB or Sanchez/better RB. I could probably go either way, but I feel like one of my main strengths is RB depth, and decided not to compromise that by offering up one of McCoy, Charles, or Forte. However, I could potentially have excellent security at QB by trading Sanchez instead of Cutler, and still be solid at RB.

I wonder if a Sanchez/Forte for Rivers/Hightower would be better? Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?

I think you did just fine

Your RB depth is enough to trade from it
I'm not sold on Cutler at all, so moving up to Rivers is a big improvement in my mind.

I'm not big on Hightower either, but he's going to be something like a 4th RB for you, which Ricky was going to be as well, so you did good.
