I think that's an okay trade for you. While I like Forte a lot in my league, Ricky Williams should still be quite productive this year. To me, your main need is to upgrade the flex position. I'm just not sold on Crabtree. And this trade does that for you. Another thing to consider is your confidence in McFadden, and how Bush will affect his production. Your team as is appears thin at RB to me, and this trade is a slight downgrade in your backfield. I think you win this trade in overall talent, but it's not far from a lateral move, imo.
