Week 4 Start/Sit

its a bit early :D but lets get it going.....

have 3 options at RB but plan on only using 2 this week as I will roll with 3 WR's one at the flex WR.

so which 2 out of these 3 McFadden/Foster/Rice, right now favoring MCD/Foster, both team are avg. when it comes to defense and Rice is already a big turd disappointment thus far and now he has knee issue going against arguably the best D out there right now in Pit.

I agree. Mcfadden and Foster.

Pick 2:

Mendenhall vs Bal (Bal is a top 10 DST against the run)
Portis @ Phil (Phil is a bottom 3 DST against the run)
P Thomas vs Car (Car is a bottom 10 DST against the run)
Hillis vs Cin ( Cin is a top 12 DST against the run)

Is Mendenhall a must start no matter the matchup?

^^^Shady, I realize there is no must start unless its a QB, I had Rice week one going against Jets, stupid me fell for ESPN projection of 20+ and started him over Foster, cost me a win. But when it comes to Balt, I dont know man, they gave up a big day to Hillis, is he that good or Balt just overlooked Clev? Cause they killed Cinn/Jets running game in week 1/2 respectively.

Cleveland has a wildly underrated offensive line, but still, 140 yards on the ground against them will probably be their highest total against all season.

If you don't know who to play, just go with the more talented guy.

Clayton vs. SEA or Sims-Walker vs. IND

Thanks. That's what I usually end up falling on.

I have both those guys and I'm starting Clayton. Jax is a mess!

Agree on Clayton, I have Sims-Walker in one of my leagues and I'm not touching him for a while.

Non-PPR pick 2:

Colston vs. Carolina
Floyd vs. Arizona
Walter @ Oakland
Wallace vs. Baltimore
Lloyd @ Tenn

Leaning towards Floyd right now but I'm completly undecided on the second spot. Colston has been awful so far. Walter might have a nice game vs. Oakland if Andre is beat up or doesn't play. Wallace and Lloyd are coming off big games.

^^^I like Floyd and Walters, Walters for your same reason and Floyd cause Arz will probably get tourched like they did in Atl. I dont see Wallace or the Den WR doing much.

Pick one to sit...

Ray Rice @ Pit (somewhat of an injury concern, plus a pretty good defense)
Ahmad Bradshaw vs. Chi
Joseph Addai @ Jax
Austin Collie @ Jax

Rice or Bradshaw.(assuming Rice can play this week) You saw what the Pit D did to Michael Turner and Chris Johnson. And Chicago also has a really good rush d, and the Giants are obviously struggling right now.

Now, John Kuhn or Mike Tolbert?

Tolbert, I dont think you'll get much out of either but Tolbert could get more reps then kuhn since Mathews is coming off an injury, SD probably gona limit his carries. I still see GB throwing it all over the place, might even get to a big lead and sit their starters

Considering starting Sims-Walker (vs Ind) over Andre Johnson @ Oak. The reasoning....Andre Johnson being Questionable with a bum ankle and Nnamdi Asomugha.

Please tell me I'm not insane :o

Sims=Walker is too inconsisent, unless Johnson is out, I'd start him.

Agree with B2B.

Best option as my RB2 - Best, Greene, or Maroney? Best has the toe injury, Greene is a backup now, and Maroney looks like he might actually contribute. Leaning Greene, thinking that the Jets may use this Buffalo matchup as one in which to get him going again...

I'd go Greene there, if Best were healthier, might choose him, but since that's not the case, definitely Greene

Sup everyone, I need to start 2 out of these 3.

Ray Rice @Pit
Beanie Wells @SDG
Ronnie Brown @NE

Its a PPR league. None of them have exactly been lighting fantasy football on fire this year sadly. . . lol.

No way I'd play Rice against Pittsburgh, but that's me.

Would any of you guys consider benching Calvin Johnson this week for:

Braylon Edwards - Michael Crabtree - Terrell Owens?

The league I'm in is basically TD only.

If those were my choices, I'd be sitting Wells.
