Rice...Elite RB?

well as I stated in another thread, 4 gm's into the season, NO TD's, NO 100yd rushing gm. So was last season just a fluke? He seems more like a receiving RB, rather then the likes of say a Bradshaw guy who will run through you and over you up the middle type guy.
