Who is going to be overrated/underrated this year?

Well now that football is back, it's about that time to get ready for your fantasy drafts. So based on the draft kit rankings (I'm using ESPN's), who do you think is going to be good value, poor value, a bust, a sleeper? What do you like/dislike about the current rankings?
Some of the key guys I have my eyes on are:
QB - Josh Freeman. Can he be a solid fantasy starter this year? I'm leaning towards yes, and he should be available in the later rounds for those who don't want to take a QB early. I'm also thinking Flacco and Ryan will be available. Outside of Rogers, Brees, and Vick, I would prefer to wait on my QB and beef up my RBs and WRs.
RB - Rashard Mendenhall. I've always overlooked him, as he's pretty unspectacular. But with so many platoon backfields and injury questions with other RBs in his range, I would love to pick him up. Granted, I'm in a PPR 3-keeper league, and had McCoy and Charles on my team last year, so I might be set at RB.
WR - The past two years, my #1 WR has been Fitzgerald and then Wayne. This year, I'd prefer to stay away from both of them. Mike Wallace is a guy I like a lot, outside of the clear cut #1s. Also, I'm not sure what to make of both Austin and Dez Bryant being in the top-15. My gut tells me that they can't both live up to those rankings. I'm thinking Austin has the better year.
TE - Zach Miller and Mercedes Lewis. Do they repeat last year's strong performances? Both seem like solid TEs that can be had several rounds after the first wave of TEs fly off the board.
