Deangelo Williams- To drop or not to drop?

that is the question....
With deangelo williams being a no show thus far, I was thinking about dropping him and maybe taking a risk on a player like Eric Decker. I already have Mcfadden, Turner, c. Johnson, Best, Benson , Addai (who im also not crazy about)
So basically the question is....should i leave him on my bench to see if he produces or drop him and take the risk on Decker.
I really do not see him out performing any of my other RBs aside from Addai

dam you got a deep roster at RB, Id take my chances with Decker, you probably been playing dmc, turner, cj with some best/benson here and there right?

My wk 2 setup for RBs looked like this:
RB: Turner
RB: Johnson
RB/WR: Mcfadden
OP:Best
I have Britt, Maclin, and AJ Green but cant help but want another WR
Jay Cutler is my starting QB and im hoping that my waiver acquisition of Fitzpatrick for Grossman (who i dropped Fred Jackson for and have been beating myself over the head for that) goes through

I would shop him around the league before you drop him.

Yeah, hit up the Jonathan Stewart owner to see if he's interested.

I'd hold off a week. He has no value right now. He has a favorable matchup this week, you might be able to get something serviceable for him next week.

Drop him, he's garbage, at least from a fantasy perspective.
Let someone else claim him off waivers and maybe you'll get lucky and that person will waste one of their starting slots with him when you face them.
Listen, this is a guy who couldn't do **** against the Jags at home in a game that was close with the lead until the late 1st.
His QB is a green rookie, his line is meh, he's got legit comp from the simultaneously underwhelming Jon Stewart and he's injury prone and coming off surgery himself.
I took a flyer on him as a flex or (gulp) my RB2 in a couple leagues where I went stacked at other positions and RB1 but I'll gladly give up the ghost on him for a solid waiver wire add before I would drop Karim, Harrison, Moreno and some others plus a number of not sure if consistent receivers who have come on recently.

I would not drop a pre-ranked top 15 rb in week 4 unless they are injured.
Roll with him for a while.
Disclamer: I am a williams owner (so I have personal bias), sandwiched him between L. blount and kenny Britt. He has ben a major bust and looks to be on the wrong end of a time share. I just think dropping him now is a knee jerk reaction. I still think barring injury D. Williams is a <900 combined and 6 touchdown back.

Williams is toast. Don't listen to any other advice. Stewart would be in line to take over within the next few weeks if they didn't foolishly give Williams that ridiculous contract and that whole situation is a mess.
There's nothing knee jerk about it, he was incredibly overrated in preseason ranks.
Even if he bounces back he's nothing more then a low upside flex play, you're not going to kick yourself, this isn't a guy that's going to suddenly turn into a 100 yard plus a guaranteed touchdown monster out of nowhere.
He's living off the name of one great season years ago, he's just not that good and has pretty much been in a committee and will continue to do so his whole career.
There are at least 4 waiver wire adds that should be available to you that are better options in the long term.

He's stached away on the bench, maybe he'll do something in one of the bye weeks where I need him.
Cam has been taking away his rush td's too.
I gotta check back and see if I drafted him over Stewart.

why would you drop him before addai?
