Week 4 Sit/Start

Let's do this. I'm off to an 0-3 start in one league after losing Charles and now Gates. My RB's are extremely thin but my WR's are pretty good and I can't decide who to go with this week so:
For my RB's I have Blount/Tate/Felix/Helu to choose from. I plan on using Blount/Tate even though Foster might be back. Not a big fan of Felix Jones but less of a fan of his matchup. Hopefully Hightower gets hurt so Helu becomes the main guy in Washington, but until then...
For my WR's, I have Roddy/Marshall/Bryant/S. Johnson/Washington to choose from. Right now I think I'm going to go with Roddy/Marshall and Johnson as my flex. Or should I roll with Washington or Bryant over one of them? Hmmm....
I've had some bad luck this year so far in this league. Losing Charles, Gates being hurt again, Rivers sucking it up, and still scoring around 100+ every week only to lose because the other teams I've gone up against have gone off. Lame! I need some RB help pretty badly. I dropped DeAngelo and Greene because I hate them both, so now they will probably be amazing the rest of the year.

Pick 2 RB in PPR League
Foster, Tate vs. Pitt; Addai, Carter vs. Tampa; Tolbert vs. Mia or D. Williams vs. Chi
Thinking about rolling out Foster this week over Tate and Addai as my #2 since Tolbert seams to have been overtaken in SD. Thank god my other possitions are all solid. Thoughts?

Your backs are brutal. I'd go Tate and Blount. Long term try to move some of that WR talent for a Solid RB. easier said then done but if you have two guys scoring points on the bench offer them for one solid back.

Id still take my chances of Tolbert over Addai, TB completly blanked Turner and considering Atl had a good QB with solid WR corp I think Indy in for a long day.

I'd go Foster and Tolbert. I don't think Mathews has really overtaken Tolbert. I think they'll just trade big weeks. Although I will say that Addai is running pretty well. The QB situation holds him back but he's running better then I've seen him run in a while.
For my WR2 spot (.5 PPR):
Moore @ Jac
Washington @ Clev
Holmes @ Balt
Decker @ GB

Someone just offered me Sproles for S. Johnson. Hmm. I still have Roddy/Marshall/Washington/Bryant at WR but I think I can do better than Sproles.

Don't do it to yourself with Tate, they're going against Pittsburgh and supposedly Foster is really back this time.
Blount is a must start this week, if he doesn't go nuts this week, there's little hope for him.
I would go with Felix Jones next, I don't mind his matchup at all, if he's healthy he's the real deal and will find a way to rip off some huge plays no matter what.
For WR's I'm going with Roddy, Stevie and Brandon Marshall.

Foster for sure.
Your RB's are god awful though, like epically bad. This better be a 16 team league or up and have the best of the best at your other positions lol.
I mean they are a dumpster fire.
After that?
Man...
Tolbert I guess?
There is no right answer here.
And then the irony you tell the other dude his backs are brutal!

Romo or Jason Campbell? Usually this is easy Romo, but he WR's are dinged up and Campbell is playing NE...thoughts?

Need 1 RB and 1 flex out of the following trash heap:
Law Firm, Greene, Lynch, S. Rice, Colston (if he goes), Boldin
Lynch is moderately tempting since Atlanta's run D has been brutal, but I think it's Law Firm (another crack at goal line work in Oakland?) and then one of the next three. I'm actually leaning Greene. Ravens-Jets is going to be a grind-em-out game, so that should mean more Greene than LT, right?

PPR Flex play:
Ridley @ Oakland
Manninghan @ ARI
Cruz @ ARI
Torrey Smith vs. NYJ

Haha wow.
Nothing on the waiver wire?
None of these guys are high upside or even consistent.
I would pick up a guy like Ridley, Alfonso Smith, Steve Slaton, Jenkins, Brandon Gibson or Donald Jones and go for home runs.
If not?
Lynch for sure. I go Rice too.
I know it's a little crazy to rely on Seattle's offense, but I would go for it this week.

Romo easily, this game is going to be a crazy shootout.
