Weird Keeper League Help

So we set up our first keeper league this year…problem is we didn’t really set up all the rules so now we are in a predicament because no one can decide on a fair way.

There are 2 options:
1.) Switch to a Auction League Keeper type league. (Have your 2 keepers be worth their pre-draft auction value)

2.) Based on your keepers, whatever round they were selected you lose that round in the draft.

My Team:
QB: Josh Freeman
RB: Chris Johnson (Traded Matt Forte and Ryan Mathews for him)
RB: Jamaal Charles
RB/WR: Cedric Benson
WR: Hakeem Nicks
WR: Reggie Wayne
TE: Kellen Winslow Jr.
D/ST: Eagles DST
K: Stephen Groskowski

My league agreed for Chris Johnsons worth to be lowered to $32.00 (to compensate for the disadvantage of switching to an auction league (which would have had him worth $53.00).

What is my better option?
Option 1: Keepers Chris Johnson and Jamaal Charles costing a total of $86.00 out of $200.00

Option 2: Keepers Chris Johnson and Jamaal Charles and I don’t draft in the 1st or 2nd Round.

Auction, only keep Johnson, save money.

Or don't have a keeper this year and start next year cause your team is terrible.
