It's actually at 6:00pm EST and 3:00pm PST
I've never bothered to change my time settings too.
The draft time works for me.
How do you figure out the draft order?

That sounds good, but would everyone be okay with having a first round bye for the top seeds? I could make it a six team playoff for weeks 15-17 instead of the current four teams, weeks 15-16.

You can't have the playoffs through week 17 cause that would mean whoever is playing in the super bowl would be playing it in week 17 of the regular season and a lot of times teams sit their stars in that week to keep them healthy for the playoffs so if you have guys like P.Manning,T.Brady,D.Thomas and many others on your team then you'll be screwed for the super bowl.
