I will say at the start that I missed that part where McFadden would be included. It doesn't change my opinion.

I will say this, Marshall could finish out equal or better to Mega
Might, but you wouldn't bet on it. Megatron is the clear #1 WR in both standard and PPR and you need value back to compensate (and it must be significant IMO).
Bush and CJ are very close in value and production if both are healthy
Yup, true, and if it is a PPR then Bush does get a bump ahead by maybe 3 or 4 slots in the RB rankings. He'd also be trading for the most injury prone of the two.
Dez's foot could be a mess, let alone we can't act he's a perennial beast, he had a breakout year last year and aside from that has been an injury struck disappointment. Mike Williams is a high level WR3 most weeks
Might, but there's little evidence to believe he won't finish as a top 10 WR, and your assessment of Williams is generous at best (high level WR3 means a guy in the 21-25 range, and I expect that it would be easy to find 25 WRs to rank ahead of Williams most weeks)
and McFadden is a top 10 back when he's healthy for the most part.
This is where you and I really differ vc.
(1) He's never healthy, and it can't be discounted. Health is a skill. Even if he were....
(2) He was not productive when healthy last year. Had he played all 16 games, his extrapolated total would have been about 137 points in ESPN standard scoring. Good for #23. If you want to chalk that up to the zone-blocking scheme, then we should note that the previous year (in which he played 7 games) his total would extrapolate to about 177 points. The 10th best RB last year scored over 200. He had one really good season, and has otherwise been disappointing even when he's played. That offense is going to get squashed the moment teams start looking at Pryor game tape, and McFadden will likely not be a top 20 back this year.
It's not as bad as it looks at first hand overall, I just feel like the actual on paper value is skewed and I'm not a huge fan of the players in the return specifically for certain reasons.
If this is standard scoring though, this is horrific.
If it's PPR it's an interesting no that can possibly be turned into a smaller deal that accomplishes some goals if OP is looking for better depth.
Or just an upgrade.
Now we're on the same page. There is probably a deal there, but this isn't it.
For depth something like Mega for Marshall and McFadden is interesting if OP has a real scrub to drop.
Neither is this, if you believe my assessment of McFadden (and I am in the majority on this one). Marshall and Bush, maybe, as long as Bush is bumping a CLEAR RB3 from your starting lineup.
If an upgrade and the other guy loves Dez, I'd try swapping Dez and CJ for Bush and Marshall. That's a great deal for OP.
It's a good deal in PPR. In a standard league it's pretty even and then totally depends on personal preference.
