Yep, I filled up all 25 of my free leagues back in June. I've always loved the early challenge before the current draft boards and rating change and get re assessed in August.

You have turned the PM option off. Go to your "Global settings" & click on "Yes" option under "Allow users to send you private messages". :wink:
