With the draft now over, who's gonna have the biggest fantasy impact. I have a feeling that this is fairly obvious. C.Johnson.
Russell?
Peterson?
Lynch?
Meachum?
Quinn?
Wynn? (okay, maybe a reach)
There's a ton options out there....any thoughts?

I think it's clearly Calvin Johnson.
My sleepers would include
Dwayne Jarret(Pro bowl WR lining up next to him. Looking for him to get some big TD numbers)
Anthony Gonzalez
Greg Olsen (Look at Desmond Clark's numbers. x2 maybe?)

With Gonzalez lined up at that #3 WR in Indy, I know he'll get targets and some decent numbers but in a 2WR starting line up it will be difficult to start him. Does anyone know if he is going to take over any of the KR/PR duties? In my league, KR/PR points also get counted.

Definitely CJ.
I'd say Peterson, but he's got that collarbone injury. He says its all healed up.. But I just have a feeling its not.

I think Meachum is a possibility.

He's not even a top 3 receiver in the draft.. Thats a reach.

One, you say that like it's common knowledge. Lots of people had Meachum as a top 3 WR. Two, as we saw last year, where they're ranked in the draft doesn't mean much. Three, he's playing with the Saints, last year's number 1 passing offense if I recall correctly. He's instantly the 2nd best receiver on that team IMO.
I'm definitely not a fan, there are few teams I hate more in sports than the Vols and Saints, but I think he'll be the 2nd best rookie receiver. Obviously CJ is first, especially in a Martz offense.

CJ has to be the hands down favorite to be the Rookie of the Year before the season even starts, but its not a given. Lynch (will get a lot of touches in Buffalo) is a possibility and so is Meachum (Brees at QB helps anyone).
CJ is on a team that now has to perform, we have a decent QB, a great 1/2 tandem at WR with Roy and CJ, depth at the RB position, and a somewhat improved OL. If all these things come together than CJ is #1 for quite some time.
Lynch will get a lot of touches in Buffalo now that MaGahee is gone. With some improvements to the OL in Buffalo this year it could open things up for him to have a huge year and turn some heads.
Meachum is on a loaded offense. Having Bush/McAllister/Colston will keep most of the attention off of the rookie at least for the first 4-6 weeks of the season. By then the kid could have already put up some huge numbers himself with Brees in control at QB.
Thats my look at the top 3 offensive rookies as long as everyone stays healthy.
