well you drafted two defenses back to back in the 6th and 7th rounds. That doens't make any sense whatsoever

In my league, Ronnie Brown and Brandon Jacobs went in the 11th and 12th rounds, respectively.

They are both good RBs, but I could see why Brown might be able to fall this year. I really don't see him putting up big numbers in Miami's offense, but still 11th round is a steal.
Jacobs on the other hand I could see putting up huge numbers with Tiki out of the way this year. I guess it could go either way this is going to be his first year as most likely the #1 RB and he could possibly wear down, but the guy is a beast so I don't see that as too much of an issue. I wouldn't be suprised to see him have a huge year and make a lot of fantasy owners shake their heads wondering how they didn't see the potential in him to put up huge points.

The majority of people in my league are Cowboys fans who hate the Giants. That could explain it.
I picked up the Cowboys D pretty early but I can easily get Marques Colston for them in a trade.

It was a land-grab proposition of sorts. The elite TEs were already going off the board so I didn't care about filling that position early (see the Heath Miller acquisition later on) and I could likely trade a defense to upgrade a position.
Which reminds me...I'll likely have to drop Scheffler because him and Miller share a bye week. No matter...I'll just pick up Owen Daniels, the other player I was considering as my last pick.
As far as biases go, I have a friend who's a hardcore Broncos fan and another who loves any player that came out of Miami (FL). Another is an Oklahoma/USC fanboy. But outside of that, we're all pretty impartial.

Who cares? I felt like playing with my friends.
I think it also made them pick Bears higher, hoping to get me to trade for them. Hester and Grossman even got drafted.

When will people learn not to pick by personal allegiances when playing Fantasy Football...
