Bench: LaMont Jordan, Grossman, Matt Jones, Greg Olsen, Reuben Droughns, Dennis Northcutt (just picked him up as he's supposively #1 in jacksonville and I also have Matt Jones so waiting to see what happens there), and Michael Jenkins.

I waited on QB in the draft so a lot is riding on Cutler. Please lety me know what you think. Again, this is a deep league and all the other rosters I've seen on here are from liek 8-10 team leagues so all in all I think I did allright. Thanks.

14 team league is tough to fill out your roster so I think taking a chance on Cutler and loading up at the other positions was the right thing to do.
I like your running backs a lot, not sure about Galloway and Ward because of the potential dropoff due to age, but for a 14 team league you have a solid roster.

Thats pretty good for a deep league. But a bit of a risk using Cutler as your starter.

-1 pt for incompletes passes (ouch)...

Anyhow in a 14 team league...

QB - I think Cutler / Grossman provide nice flexibility in playing the week to week match-ups...

RB - LJ, James, Gree, Jordan, Droughns - I think James bounces back a little, green is a top ten back this year, Jordan is a good value pick in the mid rounds, and I like Drougns late because I don't think Jacobs is a legit starter for the full season...

WR - Your weakest area... TO is a boom or bust player, I think Ward slides to #2 behind Holmes this year, I do like Galloway given TB ease of schedule. I'd avoid both Jones and Northcutt as everything I've read indicates that Wilford will be the #1 option this year. I've never liked jennings.

TE - Witten & Olsen are a solid Tandem... IF Witten ups his TD total he could easily be a top 5 TE again...

Stover & NE are nice options too...

In a 14 team league I think you did very well... I'd focus on upgrading the WR corps...

Interesting analysis. I thought for sure my biggest weakness was at QB and that my WR's were pretty solid but I am open to differing opinions. I've been hearing that Holmes is a sleeper this year but he did absolutely nothing last year and Ward is proven so I'm not too worried about that position.

1 point for completed passes as well so the better completion percentage the more points you get. A good completion % is around 60% so all in all having that should get you more points.

to be honest i like it. It's another category to rank QB's on rather than just touchdown passes. (High completion %). The majority of the points are cancelled out to to the average completion percentage being just about 55% or so, so it doesn't make that much of a difference in the long run. Anyways, what do you think of my squad monkeyfeng? Deep, 14 team league. Weaknesses?? Does a Cutler/Green for Palmer trade make sense for me?

I'd hold off on trading Green/Cutler for Palmer. I think Green will have a strong year in Houston and Cutler has a chance to be very good in Denver. He obviously won't put up Palmer numbers, but I think the disparity would be less than it would be from Green to the player you would replace him with.

I would definitely make the palmer/coles for cutler/hines/jordan trade because I think you get the two best players in the deal. Then you pick the best running back you can find on the waive wire.

I dont like Edge or Green a bit. If you find someone that wants them you should probably take advantage of that. I do like Jay Cutler, I think hes going to do great this year. Your team is good for the amount of teams that are in th league, being honest, I dont think that your team will win it all but you never know? You would need T.O, LJ, Cutler to do really good.

So you don't see it necessary for me to make that trade as you think cutler's production wouldn't warrant upgrading to palmer? I'm also not sold on coles being better than ward this year either.
