Welcome to the RealGM Collaborative

The premise is simple. One draft, three sports, one year the best and/or luckiest manager wins. Technicalities will be worked out democratically.

The first year of this league should be a fun learning experience. Combine your tri-sport fantasy knowledge and valuation strategies to the ultimate mainstream fantasy league. If everything goes well this league will hopefully turn in to a competitive keeper.

Rules

All standard 12 team Yahoo! default rules. Roto for Basketballand Baseball. 12 points awarded for 1st place finish, 11 for second etc. Footballwould be H2H. The four teams to go to the playoff's would have their regular season finish point value averaged with a corresponding playoff value. i.g. a first place finish in the regular season and 3rd place playoff finish would combine to equal a total of 11 points awarded for the season.

Intersport trading is allowed.

Trading of draft pick placement will not be allowed for this season. Next year it probably will be allowed, with some restrictions.

Where did you guys come from?
First the federal government borrowed money; then gave the money to Bank of America; then I borrowed some of that money from Bank of America and gave it to the federal government; then the federal government gave the money back to Bank of America.

So apparently we're having some issues with realgm registering our members, so we're doing the rookie draft on the Yahoo message board. I'll edit the results here.

the draft will be 2 rounds, with the secound round having the reverse order. 1 roster spot will be added to both football and basketball, so each person must take 1 football player and 1 basketball player. if there is insufficient time to complete 2 rounds before the start of football season, we'll only do one round, and you will have to pick someone up in the sport that you did not select a rookie for. make your picks as timely as possible!
