hey guys, im gonna be in a fantasy league this year for the first time and i dont have a clue about it. I dont know much about football but im learning and i got a draft soon so i wanted to get your opinions...

there will be 12 teams and each team will start 10 players. 1 Quarterback, 2 Running Backs, 3 Wide Receivers, 1 Flex Position (either Running Back or Wide Receiver), 1 Tight End, 1 Team Defense/Special Teams, and 1 Place Kicker.

im really just using this website as a guide

http://msn.foxsports.com/fantasy/story/6901974

so do you just draft the BPA to fill out the positions? thx

most knowledagable people will draft a RB first then RB or QB then RB. the first 3 rounds, you want to have 2 RBs for sure. RB is the most consistent position and the most generous position in football.

this is my order:

RB
RB or QB (peyton manning, carson palmer)
QB or RB
WR
RB or WR
WR or RB
WR
TE
Team Defense
Kicker

^thx mf06, and do you agree with that list of players by position, because thats how i will probably make my decision...for example, who would you say are the top 5 fantasy qb's, wr's, rb's and stuff

thx

is it hard to win these leagues btw if your new to them?

i won my money league when i first started playing.. hahaha. just do some homework and study. don't just follow one guide. go online and search for other guides. if i were you, i would buy one or two fantasy football magazine and read. i love buying those magazines. it's fun reading them whenever you're bored. i would suggest the ESPN one. they make pretty good fantasy football magazine. (even though their ESPN magazine suck balls..) or just go to a bookstore and read those fantasy magazines.
