Some criticism please. what can I improve upon?

I think the team looks solid . I would start Romo at QB, LT will steal the thunder from Rivers ever putting up huge fantasy numbers once again.

I would say your TE position is kind of weak, Clark won't put up huge numbers on a regular basis because Manning throws the ball down field to make big plays and Addai will put up some solid numbers at RB once again for Indy.

RB should be fine as long as McGahee catches on in Baltimore. Jones-Drew turned out to be a beast for me last year and I would expect him to only get better this year. Rudi should put up some solid numbers for you every week, he just has a couple lows every now and then but thats to be expected when you have 2 great WRs on your team that score a lot of TDs.

WR is very strong, you have 2 top tier receivers that should put up some big numbers for you.

K and Def should both be fine.

Overall I would just switch Rivers out and put Romo in and maybe try to find a way to upgrade the TE position. There could be a better option at TE with it only being a 8 man league.

QB: QB is decent.
RB: RB is very good.
WR: WR is good too.
TE: dallas clark blows. he's not going to do anything. you're better off starting mcmichael or picking up someone else.
K: graham is injured so you want to be sure he can start week 1 before the game. he should be fine but you never know.
Def: no complaints.

As mentioned above I would start McMichael over Clark. Not sure if you need an upgrade because I think McMichael will have a pretty good year with Bulger as his QB.
I'd start Rivers over Romo. Rivers will benefit from having LT because he can break those short passes for long gains and somtimes TD's. He also has Jackson and Gates to throw to and he's playing for a pass friendly coach in Norv Turner.
