LaMarcus Russel keeper question

I'm in a 10 year 1 player keeper league with friends. Its a 10 team H2H and this is our second year. Is Russel worth picking up off waivers and keeping as my Keeper for next year?
my options as keepers are:
carson palmer
alexander
kevin Jones
jmal lewis
kolby smith
adrian peterson (chicago)
TJ Housh
Ricky Williams

why would you want to keep Ricky Williams, adrian peterson from chicago, or Alexander?

I'm just showing what I have to work with (which is not much at all), not that I am thinking about keeping them. By the way thanks for helping me out rather than posting some useless comment

I'm pretty sure he meant "why do you have those bad players, you should clearly drop one for Russell". Which is my advice too.
