A New Take on Fantasy Rules - What Do You Think??

I took up a summer job working with a fairly new fantasy football host and their rules stray a little from the norm. For example...
1. There is no draft
2. You can start ANY player you want, but only twice a season
3. $10K weekly prize and a massive $250K grand
From what I can tell it's not quite your typical league. Your thoughts on it? The ability to start any player twice a season is particularly interesting to me.
