Mr. Krabs, first you need Spongebob to make a "burger" for the rest of Big Ben's name
and i'd go with reggie

Who should I start: Deangelo Williams or Santana Moss at flex? I'm in a PPR league with 1 point per catch and 6 for TD and 1 point for every 10 receiving/rushing yards. Yahoo has them predicted to score about even points this week.
Is Stewart going to take some time before playing a bunch fo Carolina?

Yeah, LenDale vs. Jacksonville D or Reggie vs. Tampa D is Reggie. White managed 66 yards on 18 attempts and 12 yards on 8 attempts in two games against Jacksonville last year. No TDs, 1 fumble lost. Not that Tampa's D is a slouch either, but I'd take Reggie.
DeAngelo or Santana? Santana if you don't have any other options.

Bulger or Delhomme????
.5/-.5 for completions/incompletions
1 point for 25 pass yards
6 points for pass TD
Bulger @ Philly
Delhomme @ SD

steve smith won't be there, who else does delhomme have to throw to?
bulger (and the rest of the team) should bounce back, not earth-shattering awesomeness, but good

Vernon Davis or Agle Crumpler
both for this week and for the whole season??
Davis at home vs Arizona and Crumpler at home vs Jack

I wish I had the answer to this question . . i drafted Williams and Stewart to handcuff and/or start both if they have a good match-up, can't decide which gets to start (flex spot) this week. I'm leaning towards Williams . . . but its making me nervous.

hmm, alge is with the titans now right?
vince will need someone to look to when scrambling, and the 49ers offense isn't going to light up the world, so until vernon proves he can put up points go with crumpler

Thanks for the help but anyone else have any thoughts on this one. Not knowing Agle was on the titans via the ? a few more responses would be much obliged. Alge could turn into Vince's favorite target this yera as we all know how well Alge and Vick were a few years back. Everyone keeps stating how Martz doesnt' utilize TE's yada yada yada but has he ever had one this talented? He was the 6th overall pick a few years back. I guess that doesn't matter as Martz just benched the #1 overall pick a few years back as well. Thanks.

As far as the season goes:
I have Alge pegged to be a top 5 fantasy TE this year, but preseason predictions for TEs are quite difficult. Alge should be able to replicate the fantastic fantasy numbers he had as a Falcon, the offense is built around the same notion - rushing QB, run first, no WRs. Great recipe for Alge, and he's done it before.
Vernon Davis has a lot of potential. I have no idea what Martz will do with him in that offense, no idea if he will learn to be a football player and not just an athlete, no idea if SF's QB can even find him.
As far as this week:
No good reason to have two TE's on your roster at this point in the season. See if you can get anything for either of them, or waive one and pick up a back or receiver.

I hope your right about Agle being a top 5 TE then it makes having 2 TE to start the season worth it . We have an incredibly large bench in this league and have 3 backups to my RB and WR so droping one makes little sense. I just waited to draft a TE in my league moreso then the rest of the guys in my 12 team league so I thought it was best to pick up 2 TE with potential in case one flames out and i have all my eggs in one basket. It will just create a guessing game each week until someone clearly steps up. So as far at this week goes: you didn't pick one.... doh

what? if you think you have a top 5 TE, whats the point of having another?
and deeney is right, unless you start two TE's i don't see why you'd need two
there are always some on waivers

Well, if I were to have only one it wouldn't be Alge as I drafted Davis well ahead of him and the potential is there. As I pointed out earlier we have an extremely deep bench and I have my WR's and RB's backed up to the point of it being ridiculous, not to mention what's left on waivers is scraps. I'm in a 12 team league and almost every team has 2 TE's on their team, so no, there aren't good TE's on waivers (Utech-highest ranked available TE). Is it really worth dropping a potential starting TE when both are ranked about equal going into the season and have no clue which one is going to step up in order to pick up the likes of LaMont Jordon or Dominic Rhodes w hen I can wait it out a week or two to see who steps up then get rid of one or the other. No one is going to trade for either of these TE's.
I think I'm going with Davis in week 1 but I'm thinking Alge will probably have a better week and/or season.
