Would you accept this trade?

Post#1 » by CousinOfDeath » Sat Oct 18, 2008 6:47 pm

If you were offered Steve Smith and LenDale White for Reggie Bush (you have Bush) would you take it?

My team is:
Peyton Manning
Westbrook, Slaton, McFadden, Lendale, Hightower, Duece, Buckhalter
Jennings, Smith, Braylon, Donald Driver
Cooley
Dawson
Vikings

If the original offer isnt fair what would it take to get Bush?

how many Rb's can you have in the starting lineup?

depending on what the other guys needs could be a fair trade, White gets all the goal-line carries

Is it a PPR league?
Do you get points for return yards?
How many recievers do you start?
How many RBs?

You can start 2 rb's and 2 wr's.
I've been desperate at rb thats why I have so many. I just recently traded Hines Ward for Slaton, so that added another one. No points for return yards, not PPR. If this dude doesn't accept the trade then after Westbrook returns I'm gonna try to trade Slaton and maybe Steve Smith for one of the stud rb's. Oh and his receivers are questionable, he has Reggie Wayne, Bernard Berrian, Tory Holt and Hester. His rb's are LT, who he hasnt been starting, Matt Forte and Bush.

U got Slaton for hines ward??? Thats a sweet deal.

So do you not get a flex RB/WR position?

I would keep Bush if you have a flex man.

Braylon/Jennings is a good 2 WR combo, and Bush/Slaton/Westbrook is a very very good set of RB's.

If you get Smith/Lendale, odds are you will only start one, or start both and sit Edwards.

If you can only start 2 RB, 2 WR with no flex, i like your idea for Slaton for a stud WR, even though i have faith in Braylon...

Looks like you've got too many backs already. If you league doesn't give points for return yards I'd say no to the trade.

Ohhhh....well pre-injury i might have done it, but now not so much. If you get points for reception i would have definitely done it.

Plus Smith and White had HUGE weeks this week. Try to sell them high if you are going to.
