Which Defense to Select?

Hey guys
I'm stuck on choosing between the NYG defense vs the Eagles. Or the Miami defense vs the Seahawks. Points are scored based on points allowed: 0 points = 10 ff points...3-6 = 7 ff points....7-13 = 5 points and so on. Defenses TDs are counted as 6 points. Turnovers and sacks are a point each. Lemme know who I should pick.
