Just got finished with a draft in one of my private leagues that I am in for the 2nd year, I am returning champ.
It is mainly a standard scoring format, but it is .5 PPR and interceptions are -2.
10 team league, I had the 10th overall pick, I'll list em in order of draft and then my team as a whole...
1 Randy Moss(10)
2 Calvin Johnson(11)
3 Marques Colston(30)
4 Kevin Smith(31)
5 Jay Cutler(50)
6 Larry Johnson(51)
7 Knowshon Moreno(70)
8 Darren McFadden(71)
9 Jeremy Shockey(90)
10 Leon Washington(91)
11 Torry Holt(110)
12 Matt Hassellback(111)
13 Hakeem Nicks(130)
14 San Diego(131)
15 David Akers(150)
16 Dustin Keller(151)
QB Cutler
WR Moss
WR C. Johnson
RB K. Smith
RB L. Johnson
TE Shockey
WR/TE Colston
K Akers
DEF San Diego
Bench:
Holt
Nicks
Moreno
McFadden
L. Washington
Keller
Hasselback
I usually draft a bunch of teams, almost just for fun and practice, but check on them to strictly set the lineup once a week out of respect for the other players in the leauge, but I don't spend much time on them at all, but this is one out of 3 leagues I really pay attention to and scour the waiver wire, try to trade and just kind of care about, etc.
Thoughts?

Re: Rate My Latest Team
i have drafted late in the round in a couple of my leagues, and i like that you can grab those top wr's. although taking 3 in the first 3 rounds is interesting. and puts you in a bit of a bind rb wise- but you could be in worse shape

Re: Rate My Latest Team
I definitely have some suspect running backs, but I have faith that one of Moreno, McFadden, Washington or Johnson will be great this year and I have a lot of faith in Kevin Smith.
I really wonder about LJ though. He kind of sucked last year, but that was only in 12 games and he did average 4.5 ypc. If you extrapolate hhis stats for a full year, you are talking about 1100+ yards, 7 TDs and I feel he will get a lot more catches out of the backfield and one or two recieving touches.
Jamal Charles is breathing down his neck though and the Chiefs might be very bad this year, a recipe for disaster for a fantasy running back, but on a positive, he has lost 10 to 15 pounds and said to have been training and conditioning his body full force this offseason and he is in a contract year, likely his last one of any importance at his age.
I got who I honestly feel will be the literal top 3 WR's in PPR FFL this year period though, so I am very satisfied and again I am very high on Smith.
I like my overall depth.

Re: Rate My Latest Team
My one and only money league this year, 10 team, basically the same scoring as above, but completions and rushing attempts get .25 a point and there are some small bonus points for heavy yardage.
I had the 2nd overall pick:
1. Matte Forte(2)
2. Clinton Portis(19)
3. Calvin Johnson(22)
4. Marques Colston(39)
5. Kevin Smith(42)
6. Chad Ochocinco(59)
7. DeSean Jackson(62)
8. Knowshon Moreno(79)
9. Jay Cutler(82)
10. Anthony Gonzalez(99)
11. Donnie Avery(102)
12. John Carlson(119)
13. Matt Hasselbeck(122)
14. San Diego(139)
15. Nick Folk(142)
I think I definitely took one reciever too many, I thought there was one more bench spot until the last couple rounds.
I need one more backup RB or a backup TE, not sure who to drop though, I think I am just going to try and trade one of Gonzalez or Avery, who were both steals how late I got them IMO.

Re: Rate My Latest Team
My absolute last team, bringing my total to 4. This one was for the Nets Board FFL.
We get .5 per reception, .25 per completion, passing yards are 25 yards a point, rushing and recieving are 10 yards a point, all TD's are 6, return yards are 50 yards a point. There are some bonus points for yardage and everything else is standard.
I had the 7th pick overall, 10 teams.
Round by round:
1 Randy Moss(7)
2 Brandon Jacobs(14)
3 Marques Colston(27)
4 Kevin Smith(34)
5 Philip Rivers(47)
6 Anthony Gonzalez(54)
7 DeSean Jackson(67)
8 Chris Cooley(74)
9 Felix Jones(87)
10 Donald Brown(94)
11 Jeremey Shockey(107)
12 LeSean McCoy(114)
13 Hakeem Nicks(127)
14 Rashard Mendenhall(134)
15 San Diego(147)
16 Patrick Crayton(154)
17 Nick Folk(167)
18 Kyle Orton(174)
Figuring I'll start for week one:
QB - Rivers
WR - R. Moss
WR - Colston
WR - Gonzalez
RB - Jacobs
RB - Smith
WR/RB/TE - D. Jackson
WR/RB/TE - F. Jones
TE Cooley
DEF San Diego
K Folk
I might start Shockey, they should light it up against the Lions, IDK though.
Thoughts?
