Did the trade I just make HELP or HURT me???

:-? :-? :-?

I just traded for:

Receive Ryan Grant, GB RB from And The Knights to Bench
Receive Ahmad Bradshaw, NYG RB from And The Knights to Bench

Send Tony Gonzalez, Atl TE from TE to And The Knights
Send Tim Hightower, Ari RB from Bench to And The Knights
Send Kevin Walter, Hou WR from Bench to And The Knights

Did I give him too much? I have Kevin Boss as my backup TE (Who I think will beast this year) and Hightower just plain sucks.

That makes my starting squad:

QB Aaron Rodgers, GB
RB Adrian Peterson, Min
RB Ryan Grant, GB
RB/WR Ahmad Bradshaw, NYG
WR Terrell Owens, Buf
WR Braylon Edwards, Cle
TE Kevin Boss, NYG
D/ST Patriots D/ST, NE
K Ryan Longwell, Min

Bench Le'Ron McClain, Bal
Bench Matt Cassel, KC
Bench Donnie Avery, StL
Bench Rashad Jennings, Jac
Bench Justin Fargas, Oak
Bench Mike Bell, NO
Bench EMPTY FOR NOW

Knowledgeable feedback appreciated!

Either you're in a very deep league or your team sucks, hard. Ahmad Bradshaw might be able to duplicate what Ward did last year, but don't count on it. He's not a great player to have in your starting lineup each week, but you picked up a starting RB out of it so you made a pretty good trade, ICLO.

Your bench is paper thin with the exception of Donnie Avery who you should seriously consider starting at the flex over Bradshaw.

but your team still needs a lot of work

You did good on the trade, but your team is meh in general.
I would have preferred you sent out TO, kept Gonzalez and started Avery...

Our league is pretty deep, It's a 12 person league between me and my friends for $100 per team. Everyone drafted pretty smart and I got cursed with having the #1 pick and having to wait 45 minutes for my next pick (thus having to take aaron rodgers)

I'm really not sure what moves I can make (as far as acquiring FA's) because the FA list is buns right now, You really think Donnie Avery is going to have that good of a year?? I was also thinking about possibly picking up Peyton Hillis incase Moreno decides to **** the bed, smart? Who would you drop in his place?

You should've waited longer on Rodgers even though he's going to be really good this year. Cliff Levingston is afraid you might be donating that $100 of yours to the winner, but for your sake, hopefully not.

Cliff Levingston has AP in two of his 3 leagues. :)

Gotta make moves! Any sleepers in mind?

Yea. If RB James Davis is still available in your league, scoop him up. If you can afford to sit on a guy, scoop up Glen Coffee if he's there. Chris Henry, Steve Smith and Hakeem Nicks are good sleeper wide receivers, along with Josh Morgan if he's there. Your tight end is pretty weak, so scoop up Vernon Davis if you can; he's in a tight end friendly system under the offensive coordinator that helped make Tony Gonzalez in his early career, so he could finally realize his massive potential.

Edit: Dump Fargas too; he'll be the 3rd running back in Oakland and never see the field unless one of Bush or McFadden get hurt.
