Sophmore Year, could use a rating on my team

Hey everyone,
I'm pretty new at Fantasy Football and Football in general. This is my 2nd year of keeping up with the NFL. Could you rate my team and tell me what I should be looking for on the waiver wire? Standard H2H PPR on ESPN.

Steven Jackson, Ryan Grant, Lendale White, Chris Wells, Jamal Charles, and Willis Mcgahee
WR:
Calvin Johnson, Dwayne Bowe, Santonio Holmes, and Chris Chambers

Greg Olsen and Kevin Boss

Giants

Stephen Gostkowski
I kind of went the route of a safe/consistent team. Any input would be helpful. Thanks!
