(Moved from week 1 start/sit) Should I continue with Schaub @ Tenn or do:

Russel @ KC
Flacco@ SD
Garrard vs Ariz

also I have Forte vs Pitt and K Smith vs Minn.

Do I start Ward @ Buff over either?? I think Forte is a must start, but what about Smith?? I also have j stewart and edge, but I won't be playing them.

Thanks

Don't give up on Schaub. Tennessee wasn't able to generate a pass rush when they needed too against Pittsburgh. That's where they'll really notice the Haynesworth loss -- he allowed them to get to the QB with a 4 man rush since two guys had to take care of him. The only time they got to Ben was when they brought 6 or when a tackle just missed his man (God I hate that O-line right now).

Here are my probable starters:

Rivers v. Baltimore
Turner v. Carolina
LT v. Baltimore
S. Smith @ Atlanta
Bowe v. Oakland
H. Ward @ Chicago

I have Bradshaw @ Dallas and Walter @ Tennessee on my bench. I can also drop Mendenhall for Bell (@Phi), Michael Clayton (@Buf), C. Taylor (@Det), M. Bush (@KC), Hightower (@Jac), Burleson (@SF), Gage (Hou), McGahee (@SD), Bennett (Pit)... too many choices...

Ya. Flacco just got picked up off waivers. Schaub is the better out of who I listed. I have Cassel but he's questionable this week, Garrard didn't impress week 1, and Russel has no one consistant to throw to. Good point on the Tenn DST.

Tough matchups for you this week. I have the same prob. Forte vs Pitt, etc. Lets face it, LT won't duplicate past years stats and he's going against a BAL DST. The guy in my league who has LT is starting M. Bush this week instead. I question that, but I don't know the status of LT's injury. Everything is just pointing to bench him this week though. Bell is supposed to do well again if P Thomas is out again. Is Fred Jackson available??? I'm sticking with Bowe vs oak instead of using Hester vs Pitt.

I'm seriously considering starting Bradshaw over LT, however I've got LT trade talks going on so I have to make it look like I actually think LT still has value. KC was able to put 24 on the board, so there' a glimmer of hope. I do wonder if it's worth dropping Mendenhall for one of those guys listed, since some are startable (either over LT, or Ward on the road although Chicago's D may be banged up enough for him to get looks).

1 PPR league

Pick 1 of the three: Larry Johnson vs OAK, Mike Bell @ PHI, Derrick Ward @ BUF

Definitely not Johnson; he's one of the worst starting backs out there right now. How far has he fallen?

Ward stands a better chance at getting some catches, so you might want to go with him.

Cliff Levingston only has one dilemma. No PPR, pick one for a flex position:
- Torry Holt vs Arizona
- Donnie Avery at Washington
- Knowshon Moreno vs. Cleveland

Need help choosing some starters.
For RB#1 MJD is a lock, but my RB#2 is pretty weak. No PPR for RB's and my choices are:

K. Moreno
R.Bush
M. Bush
J. Lewis
J. Norwood

As of now I have Moreno in, but am thinking about putting in M. Bush(my waiver wire pick up for the week)

At receiver I have:
S. Smith
B. Edwards.
D. Jackson

D. Hester
C. Henry

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Holt or Moreno

I would go M. Bush. It's just him and Mcfadden with fargas out. They'll run a lot too.

Going back to Cliff Levingston's start/sit; Bush would be in play too even though Cliff Levingston is already planning on starting McFadden. Looking at what Baltimore did to KC with Rice going over 100 yards rushing while McGahee found the end zone twice, think Cliff Levingston should think about starting McFadden at RB2 and Bush at the flex?

I'm seriously considering benching Forte in favor of Michael Bush this week.
I think I may have messed up taking Forte over MJD with the 2nd overall...

I have to start 3 of the following:
Forte vs Pitt
Clinton Portis vs St. Louis
Kevin Smith vs Minny
Moreno vs Cleveland
M.Bush @KC

I get .5PPR, .25PP Rush Attempt and the rest is basically normal, but with bonus points.

I mean Tennessee couldn't run the ball on the Steelers, what makes it seem like Chicago will?

I can't believe I might bench my 2nd overall pick the 2nd week.
I lost my game by 1.5 points because I stuck with Cutler over Hasselbeck though.

Leaning towards Portis, Michael Bush and either Moreno or Forte.
Who do you go with?

OK, what to do about LT? Should I start Bradshaw over him (@Dal)? Alternately, the following guys are on the waiver wire (I'd have to drop Mendenhall to get one):

Chester Taylor (@ Det)
M. Bush (@KC)
McGahee (@SD)
any NE back (@NYJ)
Buckhalter (CLE) -- maybe a good play if Moreno is still banged up
Norwood (Car) -- this would be a Turner handcuff for me

James Davis and Shonn Greene are also out there as guys I could pick up and stash if you think that I shoudl start LT and none of those guys are better for the bench.

Forte over Moreno. Forte will have a tough time against the Steelers' D, but there's no doubt he'll on the field for about 90% of the snaps. And after catching no passes last week, you've got to believe the Bears will make a concerted effort to get him the ball more often especially if the Bears have a tough time handling the Steelers' pass rush.

Cliff Levingston wanted Forte badly in one league with the 3rd overall pick, but Forte was taken 2nd, leaving MJD to Cliff Levingston. At least after week 1, looks like Cliff Levingston lucked out.

At least after week 1, LT is looking like a flex option depending on match ups. He rolled his ankle which is never good for a running back, so Cliff Levingston is expecting him to either miss this week's game or be severely limited. You should stay away from him this week.

Michael Bush is your best pickup for this week. If you've got room on your roster, you should pick up Davis and sit on him.

So I'm thinking I will go:
Forte vs. Steelers
Portis vs. Rams
Michael Bush @ Chiefs

Thoughts?

I'll agree with this, but I would like to add, Buckhalter maybe just as good a pickup as Bush...

I am starting Addai and Leon Washington over Slayton. Good move?

Standard ESPN scoring... 6pt TD/1pt per 10 yards. One of these guys can't start. Who sits?

Welker vs. NYJ, a reliable target, I don't buy the injury, but I expect a tight game.

Percy Harvin vs. Det, hard not to start him vs. Detroit isn't it, plus I get pts from passing and rushing too.

Mark Clayton vs. SD, if he's doubled, he's in trouble, but I still like him 1:1 with Jammer..., plus I feel he's the clear #1 (9 targets) AND deep ball option on his team.

Antwaan Randle El vs. Stl., starting slot, and his QB's favorite target (9 targets), plus it's hard not to start him vs. StL isn't it?

Mario Manningham vs. Dal, now the clear #2 (IMHO with Hicks out), he's a deep ball threat and I'd assume it's a shoot out with Dallas.

[*]Josh Cribbs vs. Den, sort of a starting WR while Braylon is doubled, plus returns and rushes from the Wildcat... and I'm assume Den won't show up on D leading to a high scoring game. Still I think he's the guy I sit?

Thats a tough one. Slaton is a stud, but he is playing against a very tough Tenn defense. I would probably go with Addai and Washington.

PPR League

Cotchery @ NE Or Mason @ SD

Reggie Bush @ Phi, Moreno @ Cle, Slaton @ Tenn, or Derrick Ward @ Buf (pick 2)

Another toughie. I have Roddy White, Marques Colston, Santonio Holmes and Fitz. I can only start three. Who is out? I have Roddy on the bench right now.
