Week 5 Start/Sit

I've already turned the page on an ugly week 4.

2 Questions:

1. QB:
McNabb vs. Tampa Bay
--or--
Flacco vs. Cincinnatti

2. Who do I drop for a non-Bye Week RB? (8 team league)
Pierre Thomas
Ryan Grant
Jerricho Cotchery
Pierre Garcon
GB Defense
Nobody - Take the 0.

Available RBs
Julius Jones vs. Jacksonville
Ricky Williams vs. NY Jets
Carnell Williams vs. Philadelphia
Rashard Mendenhall vs. Detroit (this?)

Cotchery, or maybe GB's defense, I mean this is an 8 team league, you gotta let us know some of the available options that you can pick up, it really changes things.
Michael Bush could be a really solid short term add with McFadden out, then again Fargas might be the guy, who knows, Oakland is a mess.
Jerome Harrison depending on the Jamal Lewis situation.
Who's out there?

Edit:I'm an idiot, just saw your list.
Mendalhall is the obvious, but is Parker coming back?

I like Celek and Mendenhall.

If Felix Jones can't go this week, whose the best play for my W/R/T flex:

Chansi Stuckey
John Carlson

Or drop Stuckey or Celek for :

Dustin Keller
Bryant Johnson
Kelley Washington
Bobby Wade
Muhsin Muhammad

Just curious why you pick Celek for the previous post, but would drop him in your senario? I'd keep Celek because he has shown that even with Mcnabb he is a top TE. Celek looks better than anyone else on your list, plus he plays TB so he's sure to score. I'd also stick with Carlson between him and Stuckey.

For my team pick 2:

Kevin Smith vs PITT
Harrison @ BUFF
Ward @ PHIL
Buckhalter vs NE
Or should I pair one of these rb's with one of my WRs (AJ, R White, Bowe, Hester) for a better back? Forte is on a bye for me.

Which 2 do I start? Fred Jackson, Clinton Portis, or Glen Coffee? My 4th back is Cedric Benson... but I'm not starting him against Nevermore...

My bad...its a typo...i don;t have Celek...I have John Carlson..I must have had Celek on the brain, tried to trade for him ealier. I do agree that Carlson is a better keep than Stuckey.

Pick 1 of the three for a 1 PPR league:

Derrick Ward @ PHI, Larry Johnson vs Dal, Justin Fargas @ NYG

All three are bad options but I need to choose one of these three, thanks in advance

PPR league with bonus points at 100 yards and every 50+ after, plus we get .25 a point per rushing attempt.
Pick 3:

Kevin Smith vs. Pitt
Portis @ Carolina
Coffe vs. Atlanta
Moreno vs. NE
OchoCinco @ Baltimore

Moreno, Coffe, Johnson. Portis is banged up and Ravens secondary is suspect.

Is Larry Johnson still getting the bulk of the carries? Derrick Ward is garbage and Caddy is stealing touches. Fargas will lose carries to Bush and Raiders suck as is. Look at their RB production last week.

LJ is still getting the bulk oft he carries, for now, but none of these three guys are good options. One of them has to be played as it's a deep league and my bench is filled with these caliber players. The question is which of these three will put up the most points this week in a PPR league. Ward is hurt and may not even play so assuming he does I added him into the equation. McFadden is hurt and Fargas is going to split carries with Bush, although I'm sure he'll be on the short end of that stick anyways.

Of course I can always go with E. Graham or Maroney but there's no point in evening mentioning those guys names at this point.

Go with LJ. He will at least grind something out.

Mossaqi vs White? I just picked Eminem (I came up with it myself, applause!) up. Should I risk and start him over a struggling stud like Roddy? White is going up against SF and Nate Clements. That's some very tough match up. Anderson usually plays well against bad defenses and MM is his #1 WR. Tough call, tough call.

I also benched Slaton and and starting Bradshaw unless he doesn't go (unlikely at this point in the week). I figure Slaton may have a bigger game but he may also have a terrible <5 points performance again. Arizona defense is solid. Bradshaw is good for 8 points even in a timeshare and against Oakland run defense that is less than stingy I am hoping for at least 10. Good decision?

I've got a similar situation. I have Slaton and Bradshaw in one league and I have to decide between them, Ray Rice, and Jerome Harrison(can start 3 of the 4). I am leaning towards Slaton, Bradshaw, and Jerome for this week.

I also have Bradshaw and Jacobs in another league, and I am starting them both, but I also have Tashard Choice as well so I might start him over Bradshaw, but I'm not so sure. I think Jacobs/Bradshaw should be pretty productive against OAK.

I also picked up Massaquoi to start this week since Hester/Knox are BYE.

I'm also trying to decide who to plug in for this week at WR between Jacoby Jones, Austin Collie, or Torry Holt(I'd normally go with Holt but he's...well....yea). I'm leaning towards Collie, but Jacoby is intriguing too other than his fumble problems. Both are going up against less than stellar pass defenses(plus Jones returns kicks, when he isn't dropping them).

Calvin Johnson is hurt and may not play, and lets not forget he is playing Pitt. I'd start Housh, welker, moss. The Jets Miami game should be a low scoring game. I hope CJ plays though because it will make it easier for my K Smith.

Never bench Calvin Johnson unless he isn't playing, plus Pittsburgh's pass D isn't what it was, especially if Polomalu isn't playing again, it's their run D you have to worry about and since Megatron doesn't run the ball, no worries.
