Suggestions for my team....

So my team has talent but they are PUTRID!

I need some suggestions because this is not doing it.

My team roster stands as:

QB: Jay Cutler
QB: Kyle Orton
RB: Ryan Grant
RB: Kevin Smith
WR: Randy Moss
WR: Larry Fitzgerald
TE: Chris Cooley
DEF: NY Jets

Bench: Shaun Hill, Leon Washington, Mario Manningham and Jerome Harrison

Some idiot dropped Brian Westbrook today so I have waiver picking him up while dropping Washington because his game is a Monday Nighter' for tommorrow. I'm going to try to pick him back up and drop Harrison.

I need more RB depth and my QB's are not the greatest. Should I trade Fitz as well as Grant to pick up an elite QB and good RB?
